Scrabble

Playing against the computer there are 3 levels I don't think I bothered playing the first level. In the second level at times the computer seems like an easy opponent It seems like I can win without putting in much of an effort. In the 3rd level seems like the only way you can win is to be an expert at these dictionary words.Does have nice stats. Would be nice if there were more and better skill playing options when playing against the computer.

XCOM 2 Collection

One of (Maybe the best) Turn based strategies out there

Loved XCOM EW, this takes it from the groundfloor and throws so much at you. The collection (on sale) is a no brainer. War of the chosen adds as much as EW did for XCOM vanilla.

If you haven't played before, XCOM is known for its no apologies difficulty. Be prepared to lose soldiers, especially at the beginning. But its so rewarding when you start winning and fighting back.

Adds a whole new side to Cities

Especially on sale, really adds quite a bit to the game as it opens up a whole new side of things at night.

Total War™: SHOGUN 2 Collection

One of the best strategy and total war games out there

If you are a fan of Total War, this is a no brainer. They go back to their roots and expand greatly. This was the 'old' total war before Rome 2 changed things with provinces. So depending if you liked the changes or not (or were indifferent like me) it can be refreshing to go back.

A Cross Between X-Com and Let It Die Killed by RNG

I wanted to like this game. The aesthetics are nifty, I like turn-based strategy games, and it seemed like a dungeon crawler with a more futuristic veneer. The problem is it is entirely too random. You can't easily plan a strategy if ever aspect of a room and encounter is randomized and too often you find yourself in situations you simply cannot win through. This is not a 'dark souls' situation where situations are fair but tough, some times things were simply unjust. I still play it on occasion, but I do have to be in a masochistic mood.

Great game - one minor flaw

Love a good WW2 wargame. To select the flawed second campaign by:
NEW GAME -> CAMPAIGN->COUNTERATTACK->2nd game
To be successful, you, the player, must escort all 3 trucks from the left edge to the right edge unharmed. No matter what you do, the game won't allow you to win to advance to the third campaign

Surviving Mars: First Colony Edition

Well balanced on harder difficulties

It's Mars, it's colonizers, it's catastrophes (at times) ... all it is missing is the DOOM marine! Loads of fun and being a Paradox title it will be well supported for much time to come.

Artifact Hunter - The Lost Prophecy

Adventure , I don't think so.

This game has zero entertainment value , has no adventure content whatsoever and is misleadingly described. I feel that I have been conned out of mt hard earned cash.
