Good but could be better

This DLC gives you a nice stages with live concerts with a lot of sims so it's looking nice - although I would expect more stages customization and bigger variety to choose

For me, this DLC brings a new part in your city: Music festivals. Now you can host several concerts and bring some diversity. It's a nice update to have at hand.
This DLC is a little overpriced, but it adds the fairly unique mechanic of seasonal events. It's not essential, but it definitely made my cities feel more alive and a little more chaotic (in a good way).
