A bit watered down...
I would call it watered down DLC - you get some small additions here and there, but otherwise it's not a game changer. Only if you are really running out of new things to do in Cities Skylines. Or on big promotion.

– Become the crisis? Heck yeah! This DLC adds some stuff.... and ability to become end game crisis yourself. Totally worth it! by Migol, Poland - Apr 20th 2021

– Am..freakin..azing!This game is just plain AMAZING. Difficulty of entry thanks to the new style of tooltips that you can explore deeper and deeper is MUCH lower than before. Also, graphics is a beauty, gameplay is dangerous tho. I started playing one evening, just blinked (I swear) and it was 4am. by Migol, Poland - Oct 17th 2020

– Well... this is not something you needIt seems that Paradox is milking now just last drops out of the EU4 cow. I think that unless this is on really good promo, you can safely skip this DLC. by Migol, Poland - Jun 9th 2020

– Another great DLCParadox tends to create long running games that have a lot of DLCs. But even deep in the lifespan of a game, it still brings in value like this one. Really loving new espionage/intelligence mechanics. by Migol, Poland - May 13th 2020

– Sleep deprivation DLCAnother large DLC for beloved Civilization, adds as usual a lot of good quality changes, my favourite one is finally expanding XXI century properly. Now just one more turn... by Migol, Poland - May 13th 2020

– Fun DLC if you loved base gameAnother large DLC for beloved Civilization, adds as usual a lot of good quality changes, my favourite one is governors. Now just one more turn... by Migol, Poland - May 13th 2020

– Well... another possibility in racesIs always good, but they feel very similiar to what we already had. Worth it on sale, not on retail price. by Migol, Poland - Dec 24th 2019

– A bit more of the same reallyWell... if you saw Parks, this one will be same mechanics, only in academic way. Adds some nice university capacity to your city, but otherwise... nothing groundbreaking. by Migol, Poland - Oct 11th 2019

– Little bits....If you want to play countries in DLC, then you might as well buy it. But I'd say wait for a really good promo on it. by Migol, Poland - Mar 10th 2019

– Tries to be ATC, it's more like Flight ControlThis game thies to be something a bit more realistic, but at the same time marketing dept wanted to keep it as simple as possible "to reach broader audience". In the end.. it's meh. by Migol, Poland - Dec 15th 2018

– Milking the game with this oneLooks like Paradox ran out of ideas what to do with EU4. This time they bring small additions, a bit of missions (I htink Rule Brittania brought that milk source) a bit perks and that's about it. Buy at -50% at least, not worth it if it's more expensive. +1 Star for being a "small" DLC for 10$, not a big 20$ one. by Migol, Poland - Dec 15th 2018

– Good, but... a bit too littleThis time we got a DLC that is good, but it just lacks that oomph. MegaCorps are good addition, but they don't stand out that much from the crowd as synths and hiveminds do. Overall, not bad for a good price, for a full price I would consoder twice. by Migol, Poland - Dec 15th 2018

– Get it if you want all the content fastOtherwise, just wait for good promo. BattleTech is a really nostalgic game to me, so I can't objectively say that it's good value - I would buy it all anyway to get fullest content. First expansion brings a lot of freshness to the game and I hope they will keep it up. by Migol, Poland - Nov 29th 2018

– Amazing, but not without flawsGame is AMAZING - it has most of the stuff that was in the base Battletech boardgame. But... As much as it was enough to be a board game, we grew to expect more from computer games. Maybe expansions will add more content. by Migol, Poland - Sep 18th 2018

– Mini-game inside Cities: SkylinesParks are kinda like minigame inside major game. They can make or break your city of course, but they are kinda like something you do between major developments. Nevertheless - fun stuff. by Migol, Poland - Sep 18th 2018

– Big changes, more goodnessA lot of changes in Dharma, really worth the price. Finally India got some love, good changes to the estates and really cool government builder making your country more yours than earlier. Worth getting it asap. by Migol, Poland - Sep 18th 2018

– It's ok if you get a decent promotion...In general - if you are not interested in playing around eastern asian area, just don't buy it. Or wait for a good price. For the stock price of 20$, this is a bit too little for the money and well, you can live without it. Especially since half of the features you get for free as a version bump. by Migol, Poland - Mar 21st 2018

– Great with but...In general, this expansion is really good - lot of new events and features for middle east area (and some more). But changes to muslim faith system are, well, meh... Could be a lot better. I like however changes to the traders - adding roles can greatly shape what you can achieve. by Migol, Poland - Mar 21st 2018

– Stellaris gets bigger and betterAnd this DLC is making a fine example of what would be expected from a DLC. New races, new options to create, Synths being quite different from what you have seen before. Yes, very much a must have for Stellaris fan. by Migol, Poland - Mar 21st 2018
