This DLC adds a nwe campus minigame where you will try to level up your campus zone. It of course adds lots of new assets to help do that and this will enhance your city if you wanted a campus to play a significant role in the city. You can even have collegiate sports teams. This DLC is definitely a worthwhile addition to your library.
