All Stellaris DLC are instant buy for me. Every Single DLC is worth the Money.
This Game is the best 4x Strategie Game on the market and this DLC makes it even better.
Can kind of be considered a species pack too, since it enabled you to play as robots! A really great DLC that gives a lot of options with a new way of playing the game. Almost a must have if you want robots.
