Ingenious puzzles but sometimes a bit too farfetched

Very nice graphics & very well thought out puzzles but sometimes a bit too farfetched & a bit too much "running around". Played this game because I found the "Tiny bang story" one of the best games I ever played. This is along the same line but got me a bit frustrated at times.

Calavera: Day of the Dead

Good game but a bit too linear

Good mix between puzzles & search & find (such games are hard to find) but I personally don't like it when games are too linear. Nice graphics but as a lot of games you have to run around a lot because of the linear aspect.

Fun game

This is a very fun timemangement game with some differences. I'm using yosemite and have had no trouble with the game in terms of bugs or being unable to proceed. All works fine. The game itself is simple but not too repetitive as there's different things to do rather than just buying items for travel agency and sorting customers. You take customers on flights to different destinations and play various minigames whilst there. The only complaint I would have is that there's only 3 travel agencies to play, which makes the game rather short..it would have been nice if after getting all 24 service awards (achievements) for the other 3 agencies (8 each) it unlocked a bonus travel agency or something along those lines. Apart from that would recommend highly for anyone wanting something fun and easy to pass the time.

Kudos

Pretty Fun

It can be pretty fun once you accumulate enough money to do all the activities you want, but until then you are in a seemingly endless cycle of not having a good enough job to earn any money, then not being able to afford events and classes, losing your friends as a result, and not being able to apply for the next level job. A lot of employers will reject you if you are unhappy or not confident, which happens when you lose friends. It is extremely difficult to break out of this cycle.

Sid Meier's Civilization V: The Complete Edition
 –

All Encompassing!

This game pretty much covers every aspect of the previous Civilization games and more! It would be nice to have a little more variety on the ways to win the game though. It feels as though I always end up having to play the same strategy no matter which achievement I am aiming for.

Awesome

Although it took a while to download, the game run smoothly on my Macbook Pro 15" mid 2014. Smal quirks here and there but nothing to stop the game.

Café International 2
 –

Just OK... -ish

Good idea, entertaining for a while but... it crashes when you try to connect online and the instructions given are quite limited for those that do not know the game...
Other than that, I guess that if you knew the game before and are happy to share a mouse between 4 people, it may give you a bit of fun as a card game...

The Walking Dead: Season 2 (Telltale Key)
 –

Great Graphic storytelling

How do you top The Walking Dead Season 1? With The Walking Dead Season 2! Another great example of a graphic novel brought to a computer platform. Fans of 'Point and Shoot' games will be disappointed but if you like interactive storytelling, you must buy this game.

The Wolf Among Us (Telltale Key)
 –

The Wolf Among Us-could be better

Having played the Walking Dead (also by Telltale Games) I guess I was expecting a lot. Though I liked the amount of participation, the quality of moral choices seemed lacking. The storyline was alright as well, but really not that engrossing. Additionally the length of time between episodes was too long. The last episode was very short and not remotely the titillating ending I expected of a game that is supposed to come out with another season.

Return to Mysterious Island
 –

Long gameplay

I am fed up with paying $10 or more for a game that I can beat in a couple of hours or less. Not so here. The puzzles were good, the graphics wonderful, and the story engrossing.

Tomb Raider: Underworld
 –

Late to tomb raider-definite fan

Puzzles were fantastic, moves not terribly difficult to execute, auto save allowed me to not become too frustrated, and the story line was wonderful. Not many games anymore offer this much play time. A definite winner. Just wish the next Tomb Raider hadn't been over specs for my computer.
