  1. Ageless Game*****

It's hard to imagine this being considered an "old game" now, but Civ 5 is, but it doesn't really show it's age outside of graphics that aren't entirely impressive. However, what's there is tons of hours of strategy and ways to play with the various leaders and empires, all within the nice neat package (on sale). It's really hard to go wrong with Civ 5 because I think the AI puts up a fair challenge, and pretty much any computer can run it.

  2. Aged Well*****

Despite being an older game it holds up incredibly well.
I find it hard to compare to it to the new Civilization Game since there are quite a few differences. Both games are really good in their own way and will provide lots of fun and many hours of play.
If you find it hard to decide between this and the newer game you will still have a lot of fun with the older one at a lower price compared to Civ6. The Graphics may feel a bit dated but the Gameplay and Depth definitely don't. Can only recommend it!
