I bought it from the app store because it came ages before I saw it on here. Anyway..
AMAZING game! The first game to make me cry at the end. First piece of multimedia to do that, actually. Not even sad movies have made me cry like this game did. Highly recommended if you enjoy going through stories, because this one is a doozie. Not too much in the gameplay department, except for large amounts of exploration and some adequate amounts of puzzles which use the time rewind mechanic, well implemented in the game's story. Now I'm looking to buy the limited edition bundle for my playstation as well. Kudos to the developers!
I enjoy this game quite a bit. It doesn't take a lot of brain power and some days that is just what I need. Graphics are very good and games a fun. I just down loaded it onto my husband's computer, he likes it too. We are in our 70's.
Having played this on iMac and Xbox 360 the Mac port is definitely heads and shoulders better. Visuals are much sharper and cleaner, there is adjustable steering sensitivity and linearity, although multiplayer is dead and apparently inaccessible except for GameRanger. On 360 the steering was horrible, so the adjustable sensitivity alone is worth it for me. As expected for an older game, though, new controllers and wheels are NOT compatible: the PS4 and Xbox One controllers are not listed as usable with the game, although the older Xbox 360 and PS3 controllers are.
While this game doesn't have an easy mode, after play for about 30 minutes, if you like the idea of managing an airport, you'll love this game! It offers a variety of airports and incoming aircraft that all present different challenges and are fun and entertaining to use. I really enjoyed trying to change the runways I'd land and take off my airplanes and how that would change the flow of the airport, for better or worse.
This game is criminally overlooked and the price is really good for the countless hours you get out of this. Replayability lies in the speedrun mode, without you still have 5-10 hours of playtime considering your skill.
Having played Civ since the beginning this is the ULTIMATE Civ game; there are just enough changes from Civ 4 to make it feel different but the general comfort level is still there. You can - like I have - easily sink hundreds of hours into it and still have new experiences with the next playthrough.
The perfect synthesis of an FPS and RPG, Borderlands 2 almost has too much content, too many guns, too many choices ... but all of it is awesome. Ran great and is extremely engaging!
With the mods that are out there now this game is awesome. It is awesome "vanilla" but even better with the changes you can make to it. One of the best Star Wars games ever but will have to hold us over until KOTOR 3 is finally made. Hopefully ...
This is such a great game and is the game Sim City by EA should have been.
Pick it up and you will not be disappointed. Very easy to get into and the staged gameplay rewards give newcomers a helping hand as you learn the game. Just buy it!
Makes a great game even better and really adds to the atmosphere as well as additional gameplay enhancements. If you own the main game, you really need this.
Picked this up in one of the sales and am seriously impressed.
A tower defence title with a really nice tech tree is a real novelty. if you get stuck it"s easy to just redo the tech tree and try to change tactics. This never got boring!
After playing all of the Paradox 'Grand Stradgey' games - I finally found one I'm good at! For some reason, I find the setting and overall complexity of Stellaris much more enjoyable and easier to get a handle on what to do. The best way to describe this game would be - The space level of Spore plus Star Wars: Empire at War taken to eleven.
I Gave this a one star only because it wouldn't let me post a zero. Not even worth getting if it were free! WOW what a bad, boring game. The graphics are even stupid.
Purchased this on sale for $4.99. Game is really compelling, nice atmosphere, nice storytelling. Isometric perspective has kind of an old school touch to it, reminds me of some of my first PC games back on 486. I'd definitely recommend it, at that price its really a no-brainer!
