Pony Island
 –

A shallow but inventive indie game

Pony Island is an inventive game that loves to troll you and break the 4th wall. The less you know the better really, so I will keep this review short, like the game.

Main gameplay elements include a simple, lo-fi 2D platforming game and a code-hacking mini-game. And uncovering all the secrets. And trying to figure out what is going on :D
It's really less of a game and more of an experience.

Games like Pony Island remind me of why I like Indie games.
7.5/10

Pros:
+ Interesting, mildly creepy/funny story that is memorable
+ Lots of secrets for you to discover
+ Inventive and refreshingly different
+ Well-designed and generally forgiving

Cons:
- Short game (3-4 hours for a 1st playthrough, although at least 1 more playthrough is required to unlock all the secrets)
- Shallow game-play elements (if the game had deeper gameplay it would be amazing instead of just interesting)
- If you are really really bad at platforming games or have terrible hand-eye co-ordination, this game might not be for you. Also if you are really easily offended by religious themes and jokes, you should avoid this game.

Bret Airborne
 –

Match 3 + strategy = good challenge!

This is probably the best match 3 out there. Great graphics and you need a whole lot of strategy and luck to get through all the levels. Strategy is the added bonus in this game. Well done devs!

Stellaris: Utopia
 –

Worthy expansion to endgame

What can i say, it adds so much depth to the endgame part which usually was rather boring before. Now u can do fun stuff! (DYSON SPHERES FTW)

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition
 –

Was good until having to play that stupid machine gun boss.

So, you go stealth all game long and then encounter a boss that requires a ridiculous amount of movement and ammo to defeat. I hate this stuff. Absolutely hate it. Games are RUINED by poorly designed bosses. I can no longer go anywhere in this game because of this stupid part.

Hearts of Iron IV: Waking the Tiger
 –

It's ok if you get a decent promotion...

In general - if you are not interested in playing around eastern asian area, just don't buy it. Or wait for a good price. For the stock price of 20$, this is a bit too little for the money and well, you can live without it. Especially since half of the features you get for free as a version bump.

Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn Story Pack
 –

Stellaris gets bigger and better

And this DLC is making a fine example of what would be expected from a DLC. New races, new options to create, Synths being quite different from what you have seen before. Yes, very much a must have for Stellaris fan.

Europa Universalis IV: Cradle of Civilization
 –

Great with but...

In general, this expansion is really good - lot of new events and features for middle east area (and some more). But changes to muslim faith system are, well, meh... Could be a lot better. I like however changes to the traders - adding roles can greatly shape what you can achieve.

Transport Fever
 –

Brings back memories of Transport Tycoon Deluxe

But... somewhere it lost that magic of creating transport empire and instead slapped very nice graphics. Played it, enjoyed it, but I don't think I will return to this game after 10 years like I did to TTD.

Tyranny - Standard Edition
 –

Interesting Plot but nothing special

The plot of this game might be interesting at first (playing as the top villains agent and handling out justice) but after a while it begins to get quite boring. The people you meet are not that interesting and likable and in the end you don't really care about what happens to any of them. As for gameplay the game plays quite similarly to Age of Decadence although i have to admit that Tyranny's battles are a bit better.

Hearts of Iron IV
 –

Started out bad, but has impoved a lot.

Paradox has been doing a pretty good job ironing out the bad design decisions and this is getting pretty good by now.

Europa Universalis IV: Rule Britannia
 –

Britannia is cool

New mission system that comes with this DLC make sthe game so much more fun. Plus British Isles get even more deeper gameplay now.

The old gods

Adds a new time period and the ability to play as pagans which are always fun.

Europa Universalis IV: Cradle of Civilization
 –

Cradle of Civilization

The addition for new early on manufactories and a redo of the Muslim countries offers really diverse gameplay.

Europa Universalis IV: Art of War

Art of War Review

Probably one of the best expansions for eu4 there is. The ability to improve your provinces is really important for the game

Europa Universalis IV: Mandate of Heaven
 –

Mandate of Heaven

Age mechanics work really nicely. The Ming Empire however, is really overpowered now.

Europa Universalis IV: Cradle of Civilization
