Great game until I upgraded to Leopard

I thoroughly enjoyed this game & played it often until I upgraded to a new computer with Mac OS X 10.5.1. Now it crashes every time I try to play the Journey Mode. I am able to play the Zen Mode, but since I pad for it, I would like to be able to use the entire program! I emailed the company about a month ago, but as yet have heard nothing! Big disappointment because it was a great game!

Don't bother

Too short - too easy - and what a disappointing ending. I WON'T be spending $20 for the sequel.

Too short!!!!

This game is good. Finished it too fast. Not happy that its not long enough. I thought there would be more.

Diner Dash - Flo On The Go

This is good!

I am stuck on the space ship! There is nothing wrong with this. My computer works with it fine. You should make sure that your computer is compatible to it and you have good graphics.

Deep Blue Sea
 –

Totally addictive!

This game keeps you coming back for more. The levels are fun, varied and challenging, so you "have to do one more" just to see what happens next.

I am particularly taken with the instant-reaction gameplay. You never have wait for the pieces to move before you can make your next move - very cool! When you've tried a game that is as responsive as this one is, a lot of other games suddenly seem irritatingly slow-to-react.

The soundtrack/music is pleasant, almost calming, and creates a good underwater feeling. The sound effects also stay with the underwater theme. At no time are the sounds or soundtrack irritating - which is a huge bonus because of the totally addictive nature of this game (I found myself playing for a lot longer than I expected)

Highly recommended!

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
 –

I like it but...

I was very eager to get this game because it advertised a multiplayer mode. But when I beat it, the multiplayer was still not acceseble. On the main menu it's there, but when you click on it, nothing happens. Other than that, the levels were very fun, and just the right difficulty. I really enjoyed it. I would enjoy it even more if I could play multiplayer with my brother.

Interpol: The Trail of Dr. Chaos

bad translations, bad descriptions

I speak Japanese. Many translations are completely wrong; Timetable board/Schedule board is not Japanese Calendar, some of "geisha" are not geisha, picture of bell is not a bell....
There are many mistakes in this game. You have more than 2 choices for the same item to click off but only one is the right one to click off; there are two peacocks but only one is the right one to click off. There are two cymbals... there are two mouthless masks. I can go no and on and on.

There are so many wrong descriptions; Nutcracker?? no, those are tile snips.

They need a good QC before release this game.

Hilarious Graphics

The claymation graphics are a hoot. This game is a blast to play. Fun and challenging. Lots of powerups and things to blow up. I think there is a Platypus II but only for the PC (darn it). Download the free demo. Maybe it's not your cup of tea but I love it.

Age of Empires II
 –

An Amazing Real Time Strategy Game

I'm an owner of Age of Empires II and I love it. It is easily the most played strategy game in my collection and I own other popular strategy games such as Age of Empires III, Rise of Nations, and Age of Mythology. Age of Empires II keeps the game simple but challenging. The units attack and armor are very easy to understand (unlike newer RTS games where everything has attack bonuses vs everything else so you never know how much attack the unit really has unless you have a calculator with you). The game varies in difficulty from easiest to hardest and I have yet to master the hardest level against multiple players (I have owned and played the game for many years). If you want to play multiplayer online there is never a lack of servers ready for you to play. The graphics are mediocre simply because this is an old game compared to pretty much every other popular games these days. Even though it is an old game IT RUNS GREAT ON INTEL MACS, I used to play Age of Empires II on my G5 Tower, but since then have moved on to play it on my intel iMac, my MacbookPro, and my friend's Macbook.

Conclusion:
Worth Every Penny many times over, I have not played any other game longer then I have played this game. It is simply brilliant, from variety of units, to economy, to maps, to multiplayer and campaigns.

A Flight Sim for Mac that rocks!

It's hard to find games for the MAC that rival PC offerings. This company shows that MAC development CAN provide FUN and an Equal PlayingField for MAC gamers both for OFFLINE and ONLINE enjoyment in the Flight-Sim genre.

Easy install and quick playability make this game a must have for MAC Aviators!

This is one of the very few games that offers a Massively Multiplayer venue where MAC and PC gamers can play online in a totally equal setting.

Offline play is fun and challenging and great for all ages, so if Online play isn't your cup of tea - you still should check this game out pronto!

Not Just Gameplay

The game is diverting enough, but better yet is the option that allows you to create and edit your own levels, designing quests, placing monsters, treasure, etc. This can become an obsessive undertaking if you're not careful! The level editor online instruction are a bit confusing, but the support from Rake In Grass is very good, and you can figure most things out by examining the sample levels included in the game. Great fun!

Fun game, I had no problems with it freezing. Challenging but not too hard for an adult. My eight-year-old definitely needed some hints and help. Does contain mild profanity and references to alcohol if you are buying it for kids. Worth the money.

Crusader Kings

Not for the joystick fraternity

If you enjoy fast grenzied action and glorious 3D graphics ... stop reading now because this isn't for you.

If you want a game where 10 years of simulated time is a short interlude in gameplay and you want to think about what you're doing and have long term strategies then this could be the game for you.

As with all Paradox titles the pleasure is in the planning with the occasional fight thrown in . I enjoy it immensely (but save regularly because the database gets so big it crawls along after a while) and I've rated the graphics as good because they are well drawn 2D maps with a lot of historical research behind them but X-Box 360 this isn't.

Mind you at the price it's not breaking the bank if you decide you hate it !
