Torchlight II
 –

Very good indeed

Great game, can't recommend highly enough, though beware if you leave it too long when you go back you'll have lost sight of what you were up to. Almost too much non-specific loot and pretty hard to get matched sets which provide good bonuses. But hugely open-ended with masses of bonus levels at end and the ability to restart the game at your current level once you've finished.

Some interesting games but...

...unfortunately due to upgrade to Yosemite, most of them unplayable. But if you're running an older os it's a bargain!

I really wanted to like it but..

I just cannot get on with this game..the screen is messy in the extreme the graphics way too busy and the quality pretty awful. Difficult clunky movement...the list goes on..gave it a good go a couple of times but just grew bored and frustrated with it and haven't touched it since...there's better games out there and this one isn't one of them in my opinion.

Royal Envoy Collector's Edition
 –

Quality TM

All the Royal Envoy titles are well worth the money and the replayability factor is high. Add to that the bonus levels for the odd dip-in with the Collector's Edition and it's well worth it.

Doesn't run well on macbook air

The game looks great and the system requirements said it would run on any cpu. Unfortunately for a MBA 2013 1.4GHZ, the computer gets very hot, so I gave up playing it.

The Fog: Trap for Moths

Creepy but not too much

It's a good point and click game. Nice creepy atmosphere, but honestly after some point I got sometimes bored and confused where and what to do next. Graphics are good and the story is interesting itself.

Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes
 –

Okay

It's okay. I don't know why, but I expected more from this title. I was amazed by the graphics and the description of the game, however, when I played it for the first time there seemed to be too many dialogues and little to do... I hope that later on the game will be more complex...

Among the Sleep
 –

Among the sleep review.

This is an excellently executed horror game. It tugged at my emotions and I identified somewhat well with the toddler that stars in this game. While my own mother wasn't too similiar to the one in the story, I did closely identify with the kinds of negative problems a problematic parent can bring into your life, especially at a young age. As such I think I identified a bit too closely with the toddler and it actually left me feeling a bit emotionally upset for awhile. Due to this, I'll issue a minor warning to people that the game addresses some really difficult mother parenthood negatives and how it can effect the child(ren) involved in something like that. This could be very disturbing for some people, especially those who had issues with their female parent.

Eldevin

Good but tedious

It is a very involved game but I moved on since it takes forever to complete simple quests.Got tired of wandering around looking for too many items. Lets go back to the days of Diablo and the Cow Levels. That rocked.

Enigmo 2
 –

Frustrating Arcade Game

Enigmo 2 is an exceedingly difficult arcade game that relies on lining up objects to complete a reflective path of either/and/or lines of water, light and plasma. The controls are nearly impossible to use even if you have the suggested (actually needs to be required) 3-button mouse. Regular Apple magic mouse users will ve unable to play this game. A further complication is that there is no indication how well you are progressing to your final goals. Not recommended.

7 Wonders: Ancient Alien Makeover Collector's Edition
 –

A Fun Time-Waster

This Match-3 style game is just the right type of game to play for a short period of time to help wash out the frustrations of a busy day. No need to think much here - at least for the beginnings of the game. Just point and click your way through pretty graphics and mind-numbing music, watch the colorful screen and feel the day's travails disappear as your score and rewards pile up. But don't get too complacent because as you progress, the screens get tougher and require some thought and advanced planning in order to progress to the next monument. Very much like my other favorite Match-3 time waster, Bejeweled, but a lot tougher as you play on. Recommended.

Torchlight II

This one was hard for me to decide on. Diablo II was one of my all-time favorite and most played games. Torchlight was good, scratched the itch, but didn't really 'hold' me. I had a lot of hope for Torchlight II, but like TL1, it just sort of felt.. empty.

Deponia

Deponia - Best game I've played in years

Deponia is the best point-and-click game what I ever played. It's a really funny game, what is have a lovely love story. Sometimes we are faced with difficult puzzles, but the interesting story is give us hours of fun. Definitely I recommend it, worth it.

1954 Alcatraz
 –

1954 Alcatraz review.

A point and click that lets you jump between the two main characters are they work together to spring one from alcatraz. Story and characters are interesting enough, but I wish it went more into the backgrounds of each character. The choices are fun to make and you can play through the game with having a different outcome. Choices you make affect the marriage of the characters you play as and effect the dialogue options

3d vision works well enough with the game, but can be a little weird in some scenes.

Cognition Game of the Year Edition
 –

Good game

Steep learning curve on episode 1, fighting with the interface to work out ways to advance the adventure.
Probably most people will give up somewhere along this lengthy episode which is a shame because Episode 2 and 3 are real gems, better than vast majority of adventure games.

Deponia
 –

The whole journey

I don't usually play point & click games, but this one is actually pretty good, probably the best one I've played.
Story is nice and there are some good funny jokes, also you may not like the protagonist (I didn't at first) but he may grow on you. If you are interested you should try the Deponia demo so you can get a taste of what's to come, and if you enjoy it you may consider getting The Complete Journey, the 3 games for the price of 2!

PS: A lot of people don't like the ending so take that in mind.

The Night of the Rabbit
 –

The Night of The Rabbit

This is a great game. The plot is interesting and the art style is so cool. It can get a little tedious at times, like when you can't figure out what to do, but that's what walkthoughs are for. It does not have much in the way of replay-ability, but that's not what point and click games are for. The game is very well done and dosn't have many characters that leave you wondering why they put them in the game. If you haven't played this game you should. It's well worth the price.

realMyst: Masterpiece Edition
 –

RealMyst: Masterpiece Edition

RealMyst: Masterpiece Edition is a complete overhaul of the original Myst game from 1993, porting it to a modern 3D engine that allows for free-exploration as opposed to clicking on still, 2D images. It's actually done suprisingly well and stays true to the original through-out, even including the original scenes that had used real actors. I did find the performance a little choppy in some sections but never to a point where the game was unplayable. The new graphics engine brings a new life to Myst, while my elitist self prefers the original, this looks absolutely amazing and they pretty much nailed the aesthetics of the original re-imagined in 3D.
