Escape The Museum
 –

Great Puzzle Adventure

Escape the Museum, as the name implies, is a hidden object and puzzle solving game in which you have to determine a way out of a collapsed museum. It is great fun, suitable for any age group. Each room requires you to find objects that can be used to move debris and such out of the way so you can progress to the next room. You will need to do some quick thinking to figure out what to use. I like the timer (good replay value in trying to beet previous times) and the map to keep track of wehere you have been. The only problem is that it needs to run it on an older Mac OS (requires Rosetta).

Tormentum - Dark Sorrow
 –

Tomb Raider: Underworld
 –

Pretty fun—worth the price on sale

I got this game on sale for $5 and it was worth the price. There were some bugs and occassional issues that made me glad I didn't pay full-price.

Makes me wish that Tomb Raider: Legend had come to Mac.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition
 –

So far, so awesome

Almost finished with the main story in this game. There's nothing like having to sneak into a camp of fearsome Uruks to poison their grog, only to have them catch you, raise the alarm and you find yourself fighting off a legion of orcs!

Then there's the moment when you realize that you've won, and all of the orcs are slain or fleeing.

Another memorable feeling is when you realize that you can't win, so you have to run—only to realize that you can't run, they keep catching up to you. And suddenly, you know that you're going to die.

It's not the end, you've died before. But now you "have to" (not really, but if you've got any pride you do) hunt down the uruks responsible and avenge yourself. The feeling after hunting down those uruks who killed you and sending them back to the shadow is priceless.

No surprise

No surprise, quite repetitive and therefore boring. The graphics are ok.

Redemption Cemetery: Bitter Frost

Short but great

This is a good HO game though a bit short with only three "adventures" it could have benefitted from a fourth. It makes the villain a little half hearted in her efforts. That said, a great game but not the best.

I've played this game a LOT

I love this game and regularly return to play through it again. I especially enjoy the second highest difficulty level.

The Silent Age
 –

Time-travel and the Apocalypse

Very interesting take on time-travel as part of game play. With intriguing story line and lovely artwork, this is a game worth purchasing!

The game length feels a little short, if only because I liked the game so much and wished to continue playing it.

Morningstar: Descent to Deadrock
 –

Quick Sci-fi Fix.

A fun game if you want to kill some time and not devote any into an immerssive story.

Dialogue (more banter really) was fun and acted as the "hint" system of the game. At times I found the voice acting tedious and just skipped it.

A solid point-and-click game that I would recommend, especially if you can buy it on sale.

Among the Sleep
 –

Enthralling world, Sad story

A very interesting game where you play a todler searching for your mother in a frightening twisted version of your home. Aided by Teddy who offers some light and comfort, you will try to find the memories that will bring you closer to your mother, and the truth of her dissaperence.

Beautiful (but sad) game that I would recommend! Some scary moments because of the music and the atmosphere, but no gore if that is an issue for anyone.

Gone Home
 –

Atmospheric Mystery

Beautiful game full of tention and mystery. A bittersweet ending that stayed with me after I completed the game.

On a dark and stormy night, you return to a new family home to discover your parents and sister are missing. As you explore the house you begin to piece together the story of what happened as your sister's journal narrates the past few months.

What happened? Where are they? What's going on in the house?

ASA: A Space Adventure - Remastered Edition
 –

Super time management game with strategy ... a nail biter, at times!

I love a good strategy filled time management game (sadly there are less and less of them, still waiting for Roads to Road 4 or similar) and this one had been trying at least six times in the more advanced levels. Even had to go to YouTube for some strategy hints! Definitely worth the price, IF you like time management games. NOTE: There is no relaxed mode.

Moai: Build Your Dream

It's Okay

Fun Game, not difficult. Get alittle repetitive later as you won't be able to get a gold on your first try on the later levels.

Sid Meier's Railroads!

Still A Great Game

Much better graphics than the older version and camera angles are terrific. I would prefer an overhead view but I do just fine without it. I find that running many single tracks is working better for me than double or triple tracks where I get traffic snarls at the stations and my wait times are astronomical. I love this game and depending on your level you will find the challenge you want. Hours and hours of fun and instruction on geography as well as train history.

A Game Made for Everyone

The customization in your own characters/creatures, vehicles, buildings, and whatnot, is truly amazing and virtually infinite. It's also not too complex, so those looking to have a simple and fun time can do that without getting frustrated, and those looking for an in-depth and engaging experience can also get that. It's a game truly made for everyone!
