Amazing Graphics

I must say when I first started this game I found it quite difficult because I didn't realise you could zoom in on certain segments of the picture but when I did I was absolutley amazed at the quality of graphics used in this game. It may be another hidden object game but it is definitely more challenging than most. Absolutely worth purchasing.

Ancient Secrets
 –

Fun, but short

I downloaded the demo, the game was fun, after the 60 minute demo was up, I kept wanting to play so I decided to purchase it. It was fun, but only took about three hours total to beat, and never got really difficult. Fun game, not much replay value in it.

Penumbra: Overture

Great game

Despite the criticisms made, I went ahead and downloaded the demo to give it a try.

It's running on my G5 iMac and looks amazing. A very scarey game with tons of atmosphere.

I liked it so much, I bought the entire trilogy!!!

Call of Atlantis

Great for the same old Formula

IF you love MATCH 3 you will love this. It is done well in every way. There is only one problem. The premise is the same as every other MATCH 3 out there. I love a good one eg. Acncint Secrets of Saqqarah. This is good but nothing much different from the typical MATCH 3. IF your are addicted to match 3 buy it. If you are like me and like a good original one every once in awhile ...skip it. GOOD GAME.....JUST NOTHING NEEW AT ALL!

Nanny Mania 2
 –

for clening women or au-pair :D

This game is really fun for first 20 minutes, but then, you're still just clicking anywhere and don't think about anything. But it CAN be fun for you if you love cleaning a lot. Maybe it's designed for cleaning women with Mac LOL.

Scrabble Classic
 –

Great game for Mac and for students of English

If you love Scrabble, you will love this game. The included dictionary and hint tool is really cool and usefull. The fulscreen mode changes the resolution of your screen, so all windows are smaller after the game. Playing in window is the better way. The graphic part is not so good done, but... it's Scrabble, so don't worry.

Laura Jones and the Gates of Good and Evil

Amusing Game

The Game has nice graphics and a lot of fun situations. You can replace the mini games with alternate challenges which is a nice twist. Once unlocked you can replay the mini games. Enjoyed the game but like to many now it is too short.

The puzzles are not too difficult.

All in all I enjoyed it, just wish it had been longer.

An All Time Fave

Back when I had a Palm Tungsten T3, I played this game religiously. It was one of the best simulators; bar none. I hadnt thought about this game any more after having won everything- so seeing it here sure breaks back a lot of fun memories.

I don't know how it plays on the Mac so that means I'll have to either buy it or play with the demo.

Women's Murder Club: Death In Scarlet

Very Good Game

There were a few times I couldnt figure out a sequence, but a lot of diligence paid off. I was very pleased with this game. It only goes to 9 levels or investigations. Once you get the hang of game play, you can literally fly right through each level.

More than likely I'll play this again.

Mahjong Forests
 –

Great for the whole family

This was my first purchase at mac game store and I'm so impressed. MahJong Forest is the perfect stress reliever after a busy day. I love mahjong, and this game has the most beautiful and interesting tiles I've seen. My husband and daughter are now also addicted.

Chocolatier 3: Decadence by Design
 –

Great new features!

I've played all of the previous chocolatier games, but this is the best one yet! I love the re-design of the Chocolate Lab, because now you can make up whatever you want and sell it! I loved designing the chocolates' colors and shapes, it would be great if there were a few more designs to choose from. This was my favorite part of the game, and it would be fun if you could make up even more chocolates. As with the previous games, the more ingredients, ports, and quests, the more fun, and there's a lot of new things here to enjoy!

There are other improvements here that make the game easier to manage and more fun as well, especially the ability to take on multiple quests at a time and the quest window to manage them. The "telegraph" ability you get later in the game that allows you to change what a factory is producing from any port is also great, though I don't remember if that was in the last installment. I enjoyed filling special orders, and it helped to fill in parts where there were fewer quests to do. As always, the graphics were beautiful and made me crave chocolate.

Things that could be improved on:

The back story was a little weak, and sometimes there weren't many quests to do.

I missed being able to make your own sign. That was fun.

Jade Empire: Special Edition

Straight-up great

Probably the most fun game I've ever gotten from this site. The story, characters, art, and action are all wonderful. I found myself playing this game over and over again.

Eschalon: Book I
 –

Great turn-based RPG

I was worried by the seemingly simple graphics in the screenshots, but I downloaded the demo, anyway. It ran out far too fast and I immediately bought the game. I loved it! The turn-based aspect gives you time to strategize. Complicated maps make adventuring interesting. The variety of bad guys makes battles more complicated. The plot was interesting and the side quests added much to the game play. It's no Neverwinter Nights or Warcraft, but I strongly recommend it.

Chocolatier 3: Decadence by Design
 –

Chocolatier keeps getting better and better!

This is the fourth Chocolatier game I've played (including The Great Chocolate Chase by the same makers, though with a different type of gameplay) and I must say it's only getting better and better: the addition of coffees is a great one to shake things up while being able to comepletely create your own chocolates makes this game the best in the series to me. So far that is, 'cause already I can't wait to see what they come up next!

Fun

A little bit expensive but alot fun. The graphic are wonderful and the story enjoyable. The puzzle fit the story and not to difficult to do.

World of Goo

Brilliant

I wish there were more games on the market today with this caliber of simple-yet-compelling gameplay. Absolutely engaging from beginning to end. And one of the most distinctly stylish visual presentations I've ever seen in a game.

A must-buy.

This is the one!

After the horrible disappointment known as "The Great Chocolate Chase", comes this, the third great chapter in the Chocolatier saga. All the great action of the chocolate factories, the search story, and the custom chocolate recipes are here.

Championship Manager 2008
 –

Awesome

Great simulation of the entire soccer genre. If you are into just the playing part, not so good. But, if you are looking for a game that allows you to manage and run a team and country, there is no better game out these. You set training, trades, lineups, substitutions, tactics, etc. Also has a very awesome web site with lots of forums. Highly recommneded!!!
