Dark Parables: The Exiled Prince Collector's Edition

White screen also

Would have liked to get further in this game but unfortunately whenever I click on anything that brings up a window it's white so stuck at the first puzzle. Wish they'd sort out games before releasing them. Before you buy download the demo, luckily I did.

Crusader Kings II
 –

Way better than CK I !

This is an excellent game, easy to begin playing but with lots of potential for replayability and more advanced notions. And with all the expansions, sky is the limit !

Not only each an every aspect of the game is way better than CKI, but with a lot of info available via the tooltips and warning buttons you can understand how the things works and why it's going well or badly, so you know how react and make some choices with their consequences. So somewhat complex, but not too frustrating as you can learn more easily and become better more quickly.

The Sims 2 Super Collection

Love Sims

I love all the sims games, and while its great to get this for so cheap it is a bit of a reach to have to relearn how to do everything in an older sims game. However, you get basically all the expansions and a ton of stuff packs, which makes it worthwhile. So much fun to get to re-explore the worlds and tools.

Batman: Arkham Asylum

Finally a good Superhero game!

Yep that about says it. This is a good superhero game.
I never thought I´d see the day this would happen but here it is. :-)

Anyway, if you like the caped crusader in his best dark knight persona, if you like dystopic cyberpunk settings, battling strange and weird enemies with a hero that takes himself very seriously and much much more, than you have to buy this game.

Trust me, you wont regret it.

BioShock Infinite

Unbelievable

What can I say? This game is beyond words to describe. It is ... it is ... hm ...
It is fantastigantic? supermegatonic?

In about 20 years of gaming this is the most beautiful game I have ever played. Even the graphic setting, style and fell of this virtual world is like a strange dream, that when you wake up you can only remember in a loose mix of serene pictures and story fragments.

Buy it! :-)

SPACECOM

Nice addictive strategy game

Spacecom is a good strategy game, the minimalist visual and sound designs suit it beautifully, the systems are easy to understand after a few rounds - and at that point the play is challenging and addictive, too. Only problem I've encountered is with the map view, but it's a serious one: when play moves off the edge of the map, the only way to keep it in view is to zoom out. There is no way to pan or scroll the map, you can only zoom in or out, and when zooming out to keep a ship in view, the features quickly become too small to see anything; on the last level, the play goes off the top edge of the map, and even zooming out all the way won't bring it into view. I'm hoping that the game is still in development, and this bug will be fixed - aside from this problem it would be highly recommended with 4-5 stars.

UPDATE: the map problem turns out to be a bug with the trackpad on MacBook Pro. Problem solved by conecting an external mouse, and right-click-and-drag will move the map anywhere you want. Until they get this bug sorted out, the system requirements for this game should include a mouse with a right click.

Halloween: The Pirates Curse
 –

Tedious

Annoying repetitive sounds, tedious ho scenes, about once a year is the only time you'd want to play this and really you'd be better off trick or treating a blank wall in preference..

A Vampire Romance - Paris Stories
 –

Singularly awful ho game

The graphics of the ho scenes are so bad you can't find anything...all the objects have been painted way too small. To add to that the metro system, again the logic of this is totally flummoxed by the badly drawn map..you end up having to guess what line each destination is on by trying every single platform for the train, which means that's the line you should be on...in the hour long demo, I found myself leaving it after 30 minutes (3 tries) as it was just boring beyond words.

Good game, but not great

I enjoyed this game, but I honestly saw the end coming a mile away. It's good, and I would buy it again, but it doesn't deserve the "best game ever made" kudos I see here.

Lush and Beautiful

I love all of the Drawn games. I played them one right after the other. They're lush and beautiful and a lovely, interesting distraction. I'd love to see more games in the series.

Nightmares From The Deep: The Cursed Heart Collector's Edition
 –

Good game

I really enjoy this game but if there is one small irritation it is that the map does not allow you to jump from place to place quickly, you have to walk. This thankfully is rectified in the second of this series.
