Innovativeness gives you rewards if you are the first nation to unlock new knowledge. You can now share you knowledge with allies or subjects. Finally the industrial revolution can happen in late game in your more developed provinces.
This immersion pack for EU4 gives you new missions and objectives for the nations of Iberia and Northwest Africa (Berbers nations). Iberian nations can now establish religious orders (Jesuit, Franciscan or Dominican) to govern their states to reduce unrest or ease conversion. You can also send minorities to your colonies to gain greater cohesion at home. As for the new naval features, they include: chosing a flagship to lead your navy, adding combat and trade power to your fleet; besieging coastal forts with naval barrage; and finally the appearance of pirate republics that you can combat or even lead.

You get to explore stellar systems, colonize (or conquer) planets and develop resources and industries, build fleets and bases to defend your frontiers. Trade, treaties, scientific research, relics and artifacts of old civilizations are also part of the game. Great replayability as no game willbe the same with so many options and paths possible.
Humanoids are a popular choice of Stellaris players. This pack brings many more human-like species, including cyclopes, orcish, demonic and dwarves types. Humanoids also get their own unique ship class. Not a game-changing expansion, just a few more choice if you want to play human-like species.
This fourth expansion is all about forming Federations. Create ties with other empires to mutual benefit, increasing your diplomatic weight in the galactic community. New features include diplomatic stances/actions, envoys, new administrative capacities. That adds a cooperative option that differs from solely conquering objectives.

Instead of conquering planets you aim to conquer markets and devlop trade routes to get a dominant share of the galactic trade. New trading related ascension perks also become available.
This story pack is focused on adding new discoveries possibilities linked to ancient civilizations. Manu new anomalies for scientists to observe and analyze, triggering events you don't necessarily control or unleashing sometimes dangerous creatures. You also get new opportunities to gain technology, resources, and discover worlds to colonize.
This first expansion to Stellaris brings many new features enhancing the gameplay. Huge space stations (habitats) and megastructures are visible signs of your civilisation progress. Three differents evolution paths are now available, mastering of biology, developpement of synthetic sentient beings, or mental psyonic powers. Also present are : new interactions between factions, native indoctrination, unity and traditions, etc.
This first expansion for HOI IV brings a great variety of new features that will please many people. Very good value for your money.
National focus trees for China, enhanced focus trees for Japan and Germany, decisions and missions using your political power, refitting of older or captured equipment, new general traits, chains of command, use of command power to enhance operations on the ground, stability and war support replace national unity in a deeper mechanic, acclimatization of tropps to cold or hot climate, etc...
This expansion to CK II add some religious features as improved crusades, coronation of nobles by religious leaders, possibility to become a saint after dying.
Also, some features for successful fighters as warrior lodges unlocking better skills for pagan warriors or legendary bloodlines for descendants of heroes that confer bonuses.
These add welcome depth to the already interesting roleplay of CK II.
This second expansion to HOI IV brings a lot of naval features that enhance greatly the naval gameplay. New ship designs and refit of existing vessels, naval mines and minesweeping, more admiral traits, naval treaties, shipping routes.
Also, fuel finally becomes a new resource consumed by mechanical units, including fuel draining fleets. That is a game changer as you must carefully calculate your fuel capacity in regard to your fielded armies and fleets.
Though I miss the hexes from the previous games, HOI IV offer new features more focused on the strategic level. The planification of the production of material and supplies is as capital to the war effort than the fighting on the fronts.
Quite a great renewal of the game who this time takes places in an archipelago roaming with pirates, variety of races, new companions, villains, monsters, trafficking and dark mysteries. And the gods still trying to use you to reach their goals.

The last fight of the dominions
This expansion is focused on Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Raj (India), and South Africa. It brings interesting gameplay for those interested in exploring paths of action for these countries.
The Common Sense content pack add 64 new units models for great nations, free cities, theocracies and buddhists countries. They are nice and add some flavour to the game by replacing generic units.
