Great if you want to play as Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia or Yugoslavia. It adds nice flavor to Central/Eastern Europe, but isn't as "core" as other expansions.
Decent DLC if you have a specific interest in the Balkan region, mostly focused on focus trees for Turkey, Greece, and Bulgaria. Otherwise, not a must have.
Good for players who like to "play tall" and concentrate development in their capital. It adds some cool monuments, but it's not a mandatory expansion. It was broken at launch, but it's all good now.
Essential for the autonomy system alone. It makes playing as a puppet or managing subjects much more engaging, especially for the Commonwealth nations.
This expansion completely revamps the vassal systems, making them a deep and viable part of your strategy. It also comes with other notable features, such as orbital rings and hyper relays to enhance planetary defense and movement between systems. Recommended for a more complete experience.
Modest little DLC adding new transports, fishing industries, and other content which expand the options available with the base game. Decent, but get it on sale.
