Not worth it
There's a few nice small additions, but the the Chinese emperor mechanic is just unnecessary clutter.

Got this DLC on sale, but I have to play more in the East to experience it. There's not many noticable changes to gameplay if you're playing in the West.
This is defiantly buy on sale if you want some China flavor
