Very nice*****

Works similar as the industries and Park Life DLC.

Campus districts are drawn on the map and are leveled up over time. There's an academic year, so you have to check the University somewhat frequently.

I prefer this expansion over just plopping the same university on my city.

Adds heating, snow maps, and trams. Trams can be used on any map and are aesthetic.

I'm always so far from China*****

Got this DLC on sale, but I have to play more in the East to experience it. There's not many noticable changes to gameplay if you're playing in the West.
