Cities: Skylines - After Dark

Bike paths are amazing

This is a must have DLC from a public transportation perspective. Cims are willing to bike across the city on dedicated cycle paths, which helps free up congestion on the roads. Bus terminals are also pretty nice, though taxis are pretty useless imo. The rest of the improvements are nice and add depth to base game systems.

Cities: Skylines - Green Cities

Adds some nice eco options

This DLC isn't a must have, but it is nice to have. I like using biofuel buses for the lower emissions and noise, for example. It has some nice parks and recycling facilities, which I quite enjoy. Nothing in this DLC drastically changes the core gameplay. so I'd suggest waiting for a sale s much as I like using it.

Cities: Skylines - Snowfall

This is a Trams DLC that includes 3 gimmick maps

The snow maps are cool, but imo the real reason to buy this DLC is for the trams. I wouldn't suggest paying full price, but at over half off it's a pretty good deal if you regularly make use of public transport. The 90 passenger capacity of trams is really nice compared to the 30 on a bus or trollybus, so really useful in busy cities or to transport tourists from an airport or cruise ship.

Cities: Skylines - Industries

Must have

Industries are much more fleshed out now than they were in the base game. One of the only DLCs in the game that isn't overpriced imo
