Runs so fluid, the environments are breathtaking, amazing what an indie dev can do with the unreal engine and making a sidescroller puzzler. It really was a fun game too with a neat storyline using only action and no words.
Lot of variation in this set of puzzle games. Decently done, not super cheeesey or tossed together imho... the funny little people is a big odd but its no worse than watching youtube with little talking heads in the corners haha.
Seems underrated, you get a lot of stuff under one hood!
All these rescue games are pretty good decent fun. I guess they are all made by GameMixer and Alawar are just the folks who publish them..... so that said, I noticed another rescue series by GameMixer themselves here! so... while kind of offtopic, its on topic, in that these time management rescue games are all pretty fun and should be checked out!
While it may be delivered via steam (bleah)... its actually a very soothing and fun casual city builder game with nice smooth graphics, sounds, and tools. Only wish it wasnt through steam.... thus the loss of a star!
Not only did the first one (a really old game by all accounts) get updated to 64bit and work on the newer macos's, but then they turn around and release a seq which is pretty just as fun and worth it like the first was! All I can say is ... yay!
This game works for me quite well... I guess it pays to TRY THE DEMO before buying! sometimes, you never know ... something just may not work on a setup of macos. The game itself is sillier than your typical hidden object, more colorful, and light. Seems to progress well. But yeah, try the demo first... it may not work for you. Im usin 10.14 if that makes any diff.
Heck, so far I'm enjoying this ... buy it furshur! Its chill, its fun ... why shouldn't an adult be able to color inside the lines? Far less messy than actually using paints in real life too. Easy to pick this up n go and continue where you left off, great for trips or sitting in a hotel im sure. I exhausted the demo time in no time, and now I'm just throwing money at it, cause it needs to stay in my library!
This first of the two was a wonderful game. I had initially begun playing it way back in early access... then put it on the shelf for years while they finished it. Then started it up fresh after release, and was blown away by how much it improved and the story they put in place.
You play as an undefined character thrown into a situation after a catastrophe. The nice thing about that approach is they didn't force some persona on top of you. You could just be you, and felt more immersed into the setting (unlike the terrible sequel's main protagonist).
This one will always be the best, and well worth the adventure to experience.
V. nice! a real treat of an addition. Although I got this in the season pass, cause I wanted all the extras as well... this dlc expansion by itself could be arguably ok to get all by itself... but if you want more things, and all the goods... the season pass would be better off. Still the alpines, such serentiy... beauty... very nice!
I got this in the season pass pack, but thought I'd drop a review here too ... this is a good set of new vehicles and things. Good to have, expands variety and does add to the game. Not so sure about getting JUST this dlc... better to just get the whole pack of stuff instead.
Worthwhile pack of things ... the new farming in the alpine mountain stuff is really visually sweet (i love mountains)! Lot of other nice things in this as well, always good to get the pack of dlcs, instead of each individual dlc.. more bang for the buck.
