Crusader Kings II: Conclave
 –

Higher difficulty

This DLC is great because it adds an additional layer to your Council. You no longer have to select your council depending only on their intrigue, learning, stewardship... But rather their personality, opinion of you, and how much of a threat they are inside your lands. Also, some ruler decision have to be aproved by the Council, which makes it much more interesting and increases the difficulty level.

Crusader Kings II: Charlemagne
 –

I expected more

The DLC is okay because you can start at an earlier date and also adds the option to create custom kingdoms. However, I don't think it adds that much concerning options or gameplay.

Crusader Kings II DLC Collection
 –

Complete

Its a really complete bundle. Be aware though that it does not include all the DLC or expansions, however, it is really worth it if you can buy it while at sale.

Europa Universalis IV: Common Sense
 –

Necessary DLC

It's a must buy because it allows you to develop provinces, adds flavour to England (constitutional monarchy) and adds additional mechanics for protestants. However, I recommend buying it on sale, since it doesnt add that much to the base game.

Europa Universalis IV: Rule Britannia
 –

A must buy If you like playing as England

It is an interesting DLC if you usually play as England, since it adds quite a lot of flavour. It also adds mechanics to other nations like the Industrial Revolution, Innovativeness and Naval Doctrine, however, I don't feel like it changes the game that much.

Europa Universalis IV: Art of War
 –

It enables some new options

I don't like this DLC that much because it just seems to activate some specific options that should already be in the base game. They are really necessary and useful, so I recommend to buy it if you like EUIV, however it doesn't look like an expansion that adds a lot of content, a part from the 30 years war and the Napoleonic wars where you fight for or against revolutionaries.
