Keeps crashing

Keeps crashing before I start so if honest - disappointed.

Secrets of the Dark: Temple of Night Collector's Edition
 –

Good game

This is the first of three equally good games with good clear graphics and challenging but not difficult puzzles.

Again, this is one of three excellent games! I recommend them all!

Secrets of the Dark: Mystery of the Ancestral Estate
 –

Wow

This is a good game puzzles are difficult and challenging. They make you think to solve them. I found myself so wrapped up in the puzzles I forgot the plotline!

Amanda Rose: The Game of Time
 –

Surprising

I admit to being wary of this game as I tried the demo. Graphics are good but it is a still action type which can be a little dull but what a surprise! the game is good. some of the puzzles are harder than I expected and the whole thing is fun to play. Word tho - if you need a hint it takes a mo to work out how to use it.

Dark Dimensions: City of Fog Collector's Edition
 –

This is a good game

I like this game - puzzles are challenging enough without being too hard that you give in. Noises can be annoying but turn them down. This is a good game!

Abandoned: Chestnut Lodge Asylum
 –

Dull

Oh dear. Mouse was wobbly and the story never gripped. Strange sound effects did not help. It reminded me of other better HO games.

Maestro: Music from the Void
 –

Bored me

This is well drawn but dull. the puzzles were no real challenge. Shame as it looked promising. Shadows are creepy though!

Broken Sword 5 - the Serpent's Curse
 –

Another brilliant episode!

These Broken Sword games are a winner and this one is no exception! Ending fell a wee bit flat - especially the goat bit, which wasn't funny - just seemed a strange way to end it. Otherwise brilliant as usual.

Tales from the Dragon Mountain 2: The Lair
 –

Good fun

This is a great game to play. Not too taxing yet interesting enough to keep you interested to the end.

Small Town Terrors: Pilgrim's Hook Collector's Edition
 –

Good

This is a strange game which tries hard (silly story tho) with plenty of puzzles which I enjoyed and would play again but be aware of the small glitches especially around the gate and the whale when it talks. It has an annoying habit of jumping from scene to scene if you put the mouse too near the bottom of the screen so watch that (hopefully that will get ironed out with an update) - otherwise it's ok!

Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe's Murders in the Rue Morgue CE
 –

Bored

I am sure if I had stuck with it it will get better but it was slow moving and the lack of a strategy guide to consult if not sure where to look next is a problem

Whispered Secrets: The Story of Tideville Collector's Edition
 –

Wish I had a map!

I rarely buy without a demo but this looked interesting. If I have to criticize this game it is only about two things - no demo and no map. This means tedious walking back from scene to scene to complete tasks - something I might have been put off slightly by - IF there had been a demo.

Otherwise - a good game.
