Mystery Case Files: Moths to a Flame Collector's Edition
 –

Too Bad...

Some types of mini games I don't care for so I skip them. That's one thing. When I skip a game because I don't know what the objective is and the info is NO help, now I'm not liking it. Also the "Bonus" game was more of a mini game.

Shadowplay: Harrowstead Mystery Collector's Edition

Nothing New

Yeah they have a few twists on some of the games. The bonus game was more like a mini game.

Mystery Case Files: Black Crown Collector's Edition

The Same...

Nothing special about the game. The bonus game was actually more fun even though it's very quick.

Vermillion Watch: London Howling Collector's Edition

Silly

There are all sorts of 'new' games and many of them are crap. I bought but didn't finish the game or bonus.

The Keeper of Antiques: Shadows From the Past Collector's Edition
 –

Lacking

Many of the mini games have inadiquate instructions. The Stratagy Guide only gives the solution not the objective. Others are timed... If I wanted to race against the clock I'd have bought a different type of game.

Redemption Cemetery: Day of the Almost Dead Collector's Edition
 –

Sloppy

Aside from being the same ol' same ol' story it's sloppy. When told to look for "pappers" it was peppers. Some games were just not worth trying to figure out what the hell the idea was. Other games didn't work right. Another game with a messed up maze that irritated the holy $#!+ out of me.

A Game To Chill

If you're looking to "win" this isn't your game. If you just want some mindless distraction this game will give you that.

Trying New Ideas

Some of the new types of games could be improved but the developers are trying.

Dark Tales™: Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven Collector's Edition
 –

Not bad but...

The opening violece is standard for the Poe games. If you want to avoid images of self-inflicted harm then skip the intro. That aside I still didn't care for the sequencing. I enjoyed it and found it a frustration at the same time.

Another fun story from Bridge to Another World. The bonus game isn't much but...

Better than expected

Many times the story lines are just a backdrop to the games but I actually followed this one and it added to the game. You play as Dorothy.

Dark Tales™: Edgar Allan Poe's Metzengerstein Collector's Edition
 –

Nothing New

This is a run-of-the-mill game. The main game is OK but the bonus game seems to have been designed by a beginner.

Myths of the World: Under the Surface

Good Game

It's pretty basic for these HO games. The Scottish setting was not taken advantage of much.

Shadowplay: Harrowstead Mystery

Fun But Average

There is nothing wrong with the game (you play as a young woman) but nothing makes it exceptionally fun.
