Shopper Reviews

  1. Excellent!

by Kare Hunol, USA - Oct 18th 2011

Lots of fun, interesting and interwoven tasks, nicely drawn settings. The story is melodramatic, but it anchors the game play nicely. One of the few games of this sort that I might play again. Not overly challenging but pretty entertaining.

  2. Have only played the demo so far, but it's a lot of fun!

by Heather Macpherson, Canada - Mar 17th 2011

I really like how there are three levels of difficulty - playing without hints makes the games much more enjoyable for puzzlers, and I wish other developers would take note. The story's interesting, and you can click through the dialogue to speed it up. Being able to switch between Match 3 and HO to mix it up is good, although I stuck to HO for the most part. I suspect I'll buy this one on a rainy weekend to pick up where I left off!

One caveat - some of the graphics may be a little disturbing for young players (i.e. dead bird, worms coming out of a dismembered doll's eye, etc.). It adds to the atmosphere, though!

  3. A worthy CE

by RRS Artist, USA - Mar 4th 2011

This is a very curious game which I quite enjoyed. Some might complain there is too much dialogue, but I wouldn't. The CE has some interesting extras and the bonus chapter adds to the story. There are many hours of game play that require you pay attention to accomplish all the tasks. (closer to 5 stars than 4).
