Affiliate Referral System Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the MacGameStore Affiliate Referral System Program ("Program")! The following terms and conditions, which include and hereby incorporate the Privacy Policy and General Terms & Conditions are a binding legal agreement between you and MacGameStore.com, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("MACGAMESTORE.COM") that govern your use of the Program Tools & Services ("Service"). The Service is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age.

Please read these Terms carefully because they govern your access to and use of our Services and set forth the legally binding terms for your use of our Services.

1. TERMINOLOGY. The following terminology will be used throughout this document:

2. PROGRAM START. The Program will begin when the Store accepts your verified Sign Up details. At that time, you are given access to the Program Services website to be utilized using the login credentials you supplied during initial sign up.

3. PROGRAM TERMINATION. Accounts have the right to terminate the Program at anytime. Account initiated Termination is voluntary at the sole discretion of the Account holder. Upon Program termination, any and all access to Program Services will be revoked. If the Program is currently holding Commissions for payment, a final payment will be issued during the next payment cycle.

4. TRACKING PERIOD. The Tracking Period begins on Program start, however tracking does not fully begin until a first referral linked url is posted on an external website, with the first visitor click-through. Tracking will continue to persist for the length of the Program. Outages in the tracking system can occur during system maintenance periods, or unplanned downtimes. Tracking data is not guaranteed.

5. COMMISSIONS. Commissions are granted upon the successful conversion of an external visitor, to a Shopper, to a Buyer. Some exclusions apply. Commissions are based on the total allowed sale by the Buyer for a transaction that falls within the allowed returns days window. Some exclusions apply. Buyer returns, or fraud will result in Commission debits on next payment cycles if Commissions for affected purchases had already been paid out to the Account.

6. PAYMENT PERIODS. All Programs will have a recurring commission payment date. Periods will recur until Program termination by either the Account or the Administration. Missing commission payment details on the account will delay commission payments until those payment details are supplied and fulfilled. Delayed commission payments will be put in holding until at such time payment details are supplied. Any delayed commission payments will be pushed to the next payment cycle after conditions have been fulfilled.

7. PROGRAM TERMS.

• Accounts must remain in good standing for Program continuation.
• Returns days is determined as: 7 days.
• Commission rate is determined as: 5%.
• Commissions require a valid linked PayPal PayerID for PayPal Payouts.
• Commissions are processed automatically each month.
• Commissions are non-transferable once issued.
• Program rates offered may change over time with ample prior notice.
• No warranties or guarantees expressed or implied on Program tracking capabilities.

8. TERMINATION. MACGAMESTORE.COM may terminate or suspend any and all Programs, without prior notice or liability, if Account holder breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, the EULA, or Account TOS. Upon termination of Program, rights to Commissions will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. MODIFICATION. MACGAMESTORE.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Program, including any portion thereof, on a global or individual basis, or to modify these Terms or Policies, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on or in our Services or otherwise provide Account holders with notice of the modification. We will also update the Last Updated of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Services after we have posted a modification to these Terms or have provided Account holders with notice of a modification, Account holders are indicating that agreement to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to cease using our Services.

10. COOKIES STATEMENT CHANGES. This clause overrides the public Privacy Policy Cookies Statement in regards to content and consent. The Cookies Statement for general website use applies to the public side. The Affiliate Referral System Interface ("Terminal") is a controlled internal administrative site, and all cookies set and maintained by the service are required to conduct business and may not be opted-out. By signing up as an Affiliate and using the Terminal, you agree to these conditions on cookies. Cookies include Session and Security, as well as Preferences. There are no advertising, nor marketing tracking cookies within the Terminal. The only 3rd party cookies are during the PayPal payouts setup procedure for if you ever want to get paid commissions.
