  3. Absolutely required
    by Joeyskywalker, USA - Feb 27th 2018

You need this DLC to enjoy the game. So much so, that it should really be included for free.

  5. One of the best dlcs for EU4 since Art of War
    by Drid, USA - Dec 26th 2017

So solid it almost makes you forget some of the more mediocre dlcs before this one.

  7. Do you want a great DLC for a good price?
    by Krisztián H., Hungary - Nov 20th 2017

    Wait for a sale.
One of the "must have" DLC-s for EUIV, the Great Power features are really fun
not to mention the Prussian monarchy, but not for this price.

  8. A great DLC!
    by Air H., Latvia - Nov 19th 2017

While it is not as necessary as Art of War or Common Sense, I would highly recommend picking this one up- the great power system is fun, Prussian monarchy is a blast (bonus points if you have El Dorado, then you can make a custom nation with that government!), improvements to make some religions more interesting, and traits give personality to the AI countries and good bonuses.

  9. Good Buy When On Sale
    by Nate S.1, USA - Nov 16th 2017

The DLC is a really good quality of life DLC fairly good when gotten on sale and it is one of the few DLCs that are between must have and just nice to have.

  11. Must have... on a sale.
    by dfox2014, USA - Oct 31st 2017

This is certainly a must have DLC however I still only give it 4/5 because it is over priced and Paradox loves to spam DLCs.

  12. Rights of Man Review
by Caleb Schwab, Australia - Oct 30th 2017

RoM is one of the top 5 EUIV DLC's in my opinion. Features aren't lack luster as is the case with a few of the other expansions. Worth a pick up.

  13. Quite good, though maybe not exactly essential
    by Cristi P., Romania - Oct 28th 2017

This DLC adds a bunch of fairly useful abilities to the game, like the "great power" system (if you're planning to play as one of the bigger nations). There's another DLC out there giving you the ability to "threaten war" to slowly annex provinces, and I've come to use it almost constantly. I imagine threatening over breaking alliances will be just as useful.

Similarly, personality traits add a bit of extra spice to gameplay, and having queen regents seems pretty darn useful to sidestep painful regency periods.

One of the first DLCs I'd recommend getting, provided you already have the essential "Common Sense" and "Art of War" (otherwise go for those first).

  14. Good DLC but not the best
    by Angel C.2, Spain - Aug 31st 2017

Its a good DLC that adds new mechanics that (imo) were really needed. The great powers is something that reminds me to Victoria II, a game that I loved when it came out.

This brings some interesting pieces and make the game feels a bit CK II :)
