An essential DLC for those seeking to add spice and challenge to CKII with a more fleshed out disease system, and making the Black Death a true-to-history threat.
Adds so much fun to the base game. Plagues and ilnesses may seem like a grim addition but makes you care about the characters so much more. Also quite realistic, given the time period. :-)
