There are a lot of Tropico games (currently 6) and 5 is probably one of the better ones and isn't AS DLC spammy as say 3 was. So 5 is in my opinion the best balance between good DLC and good game. Perfect no. At times frustrating? Yes. But worth it on sale if you like the series or the concept!
If you love Tropico, the fifth is no exception in the franchise. Fun as usual!
