In Dungeons 2, fulfil the Dungeon Lord’s insatiable quest for vengeance by recruiting fearsome new monsters from all corners of the underworld in order to undertake his evil bidding. Taking over the underworld isn’t enough though – this time The Dungeon Lord will extend his dominion over the puny humans and attempt to conquer the overworld too!

Take control of the mighty Dungeon Lord and craft a network of unique and terrifying dungeons, recruit an army of fearsome creatures and command two new factions. Prepare to defend your Kingdom against those pesky heroes, go above ground to wage war on their human cities and use the ‘Hand of Terror’ to take direct control over your minions, issue commands, and even dish out a swift slap to keep them in line.

The extensive campaign story mode is packed with even more of the dark humour which made the original Dungeons a hit and is peppered with numerous references to various fantasy books, movies and TV shows. 1. Not evil enough
by David Ballantyne, Sweden - Feb 1st 2018

Dungeons 2 is... OK. Mechanically it works well enough, but it just doesn't have the charming evilness of Dungeon Keeper. Many of your minions seem to be silly/funny/cute/goofy, but what I really want from a game like this is to be an EVIL Overlord, not just a kinda slightly dark base builder.

  2. Fun but not very challenging
by Rogier Flikweert, Netherlands - Apr 22nd 2017

If you liked the original Dungeon Keeper games this game is for you.
Get the expansion a Game of Winter if you are looking for more challenge.

  3. Too complex, too fussy
    by green_knight, United Kingdom - May 7th 2016

I wanted to like this and had looked forward to it, but I found it too complex, with too many (unexplained) options. The interface was slightly glitchy for me (OSX 10.11), and seemingly simple tasks in the tutorial already took a lot of micromanagement and hitting pixels in exactly the right spot and order. (Any game where I need to quit and look at outside resources to work out how to handle the interface automatically lose points with me.) I never got to the point where I could actually _play_.
