You don't have to be crazy to get this*****

One of ten small Tropico 5 dlc packs offering a new building and scenario.

The new sanatorium building is of limited use although it does provide a baseline health for the entire island which can be improved even more by adding electroshock treatments.

The real star is the scenario where you undergo treatment to cure yourself of the delusion that you are the president of an island republic. Very original and fun.

Odd DLC, that is a bit grindy.*****

To some, this isn't necessarily a good DLC. It does have benefits on harder difficulties, with the new Asylum building, but the mission might ruin it for some. The problem ends up being that at best, it has a grindy mission. At worst? A buggy mission that some can't finish. Still, if the price is right, I would pick it up. The building bonuses are worth it.

    Classic DLC*****

This DLC includes a new building, mission, map, soundtrack and accesoires, like all the minor DLCs for Tropico 5. I really like the asylum. It is very useful because provides health care and reduces negative effects of discrediting citizens and the concept and architecture are very beautiful.
