While visiting the Cartown Fireworks factory, Putt-Putt hops a ride to the moon on a rocket. There he meets Rover, a lovely little lunar terrain vehicle. Together Putt-Putt and Rover must work to rebuild a rocket, and also accomplish a few good deeds for the Moon People.
