Description

Battle Group 2 puts you in command of advanced naval fleets to conquer a deadly global foe. Use your ships’ powerful weaponry combined with supporting satellite strikes to defeat your enemies.

Set in the near future, a force that calls itself ‘The Talon’ seeks revenge for an unknown crime, stealing the latest military equipment and spreading destruction throughout the world. You are the last Battle Group tasked to stop the Talon and whatever fight they bring your way.

  • Eight new playable ships. All created from the real life blueprints with the appropriate matching aircrafts and speeds relative to real life. Missile types are modelled to match each aircraft.
  • New satellite strikes! Now you can launch devastating nukes, deploy disabling EMP blasts, and trigger battle-changing Hyper-Time (slow-motion). Satellites can also now be reloaded.
  • Over 30+ new campaign levels including boss battles!
  • Levels are procedurally generated so they are different every time you play.

  • Adapt your warfare strategy to fight in different environments including the Artic, the jungle and industrial arenas. Plus new night vision mode for intense nighttime battles.

  1. Basic, but fun

    Straight up basic old school game.
    Fun when you have time to kill or bored at work.

  2. Surprisingly fun game.

    This is actually really worth checking out. It might not seem like it at first, but it just works. The game is a top down shooter, with some similarities to a number of games. The real selling point is that there is actually some real replay value, aided by an upgrade and unlock system. Check it out.

  3. Overall a decently priced game that works fine and is a good time killer.

    Game plays similar to the old arcade classic missle command , except you are on water firing from ships. There is a decent story but what stands out is the ability to purchase better ships , upgrades and you can also replay any mission to gain more resources and better stars.
    Taking down enemies gets a bit hard with the regular missiles so will be depending support attacks and powers.
