  1. Notevole, ma non per Mac più recenti
by Roberto Guarchi, Italy - Mar 3rd 2017

No! Peccato davvero!

[A truly remarkable game and long-lived, but full of serious defects for people like me who has a Mac with the latest operating systems (I use the iMac OS X El Capitan). Undoubtedly, images and cinematic sequences are of great value, I would even say "baroque" for the richness of detail and visual impact. The hidden object scenes do not disappoint and are connected to the disguises that the protagonist must use to proceed in its path, while the mini-games are inviting. Overall, a linear and valid history, culminating in the adventure bonuses and leaves open the possibility of a sequel. As for the heavy painful notes related to Mac, I only say that it takes A LOT OF PATIENCE because the "bugs" are many and really annoying, since sound limited to music and no dialogue, until you get to the collected objects represented on Mac programming icons and a programming screen which is fixed to the stage (to name a few). I reported all this to the developers, but received no answer. So, I would recommend it, but for those with Mac and has no patience ... No! Too bad!]

  2. Fun but . . .
    by JT&LB, USA - Feb 2nd 2015

This game was fun to play, but it had several disappointments. The biggest being that as another reviewer said, it seems unfinished, you don't complete all you set out to do. I played the hardest "Expert Mode" and after a bit, I wished I had played the "Advanced Mode," as I could not skip any of the puzzles. The puzzles were fun, but there were too many "lock pick" puzzles. After a while these got boring. There is a built in "Strategy Guide," which was helpful, but sometimes it did not give clear instructions on what the puzzle objective was. You just had to click on things to see what happens. It crashed on me once during a puzzle, but picked up at the start of the puzzle upon reloading it, which was good. The voices, graphics and story were good, but the story didn't end satisfactorily; and the bonus "Collective Edition" features didn't work. The "Hidden Object" element was used to find items needed to create a disguise, which was a change of pace for the game. All in all, it's a good game, but it seems as if they ran out of money 3/4 of the way through and didn't write a complete ending.

I'm updating this review because I went into the game again and took a deeper look at the Strategy Guide. It seems Chapter 11 is missing from this game. The game ended for me on page 97 of the guide, but the guide goes up to page 117. I assume the "Extra," "Play" option is supposed to let you play Chapter 11, but it doesn't work. MacGameStore folks, you really should look into this! I feel cheated!!!!!

  3. Unfinished game don't waste your money
    by Moo, France - Sep 2nd 2014

Although marketed as the 'Collector's Edition' it is in fact anything but. Don't let the title fool you it is in fact unfinished. The bonus chapter is unavailable and a terminal window will load when you click play. Greatly disappointed as otherwise it has some very good elements and the graphics/gameplay are interesting. Marketed as a standard edition and priced accordingly there would have been no gripes from me. This though is tantamount to false advertising and pushing out a game that has not been finished. Colllector's edition is getting tagged on left, right and centre to games that really don't merit the label, the 'bonus content' usually just consists of an extra mini-game or chapter and really is just part of the game but by cleverly labeling it bonus you feel like you're getting something extra and so will pay more.

  4. Really good
    by NorthernSpruce, Canada - Jun 27th 2014

I was surprised by how good this game is. A real puzzle adventure, with a small handful of hidden-object puzzles. The various mini-games and puzzles are impressively diverse and clever, the story is actually engaging and interesting and the scenes well-drawn. More than once as I played it I actually caught myself smiling at how clever and entertaining the puzzles are. Highly recommended for puzzle-lovers

  5. Drop-dead gorgeous graphics and totally fun game, but . . .
    by CSwid, USA - Jun 24th 2014

I couldn't access the bonus content, which resulted in very abbreviated gameplay. Disappointing.
