  1. Good game with technical problems
by Udo Matzinger, Germany - Nov 26th 2012

I like the game, it has a very good story and beautiful art work. But there are major problems in the code handling all actions with menus, inventory, hint system etc. (but not in the game scenes themselves, eg. the hidden object puzzles): very often I have to click 2 to 4 times on an interface element to trigger the linked action, e.g. entering the journal.

This is so annoying that in destroys the immersion in the games story completely.

  2. Super

Complicated and complex. Very interesting how the true story of the witch trials and the Hawthorne history were pulled together clue by clue. I thought there was a great blend of HO and puzzles. Good game that takes a bit to finish.

  3. Great Game
by Mya Storey, USA - Mar 25th 2011

This is an awesome game and is one of the few that I have had the patience to play the story mode multiple times to get all the awards. My only problems are that the full screen mode does not fill the screen and the third or fourth time through the story mode I have hit a glitch in the game that won't allow me to progress to the next task. This would not be so bad but it seems that I am going to have to loose all of the awards and unlocked features that I have accumulated to reset the game. Other than this it is an awesome game.
