    Better Leaders*****

    Kind of a must have at this point. Greatly improves Leaders, Councils and Traits. New Civics, Tradition Trees and a new Origin too, it's necessary for the Improvement for the Leaders alone.

    Stellaris: Galactic Paragons is once again a hit from Paradox. Enjoyably. Only complaint is the limit to galactic leaders. Would recommend.
