Just fine.
For anyone still considering this pack, the bugs in the feud system were fixed.
I think this pack gives what it promises at its store page. There are new events that relate to friendships between characters. If you enjoy CK3, this DLC adds more content, that's it.

A nice, yet small addition to the game. As overpriced as your typical PDX DLC, but not as essential as many of them.
