  1. A good expansion, but the weakest of all.

    Blackwood is not a bad expansion, but the map is very scarcely populated leading to a rather empty and dull experience. So it's not a good map for either grinding or gathering because. In other words not enough reasons to return frequently after completing story. On the plus side companions are a nice addition, it has my favorite open dungeon of all tamriel and Leyawiin is nicely designed. It's overall a good addition while on sale, but it's the weakest expansion of all.

  2. More of the same

    Sometimes feels a bit like the yearly dlc isnt good for the game. The core of every DLC is now the same but with one fancy new feature. In this case its companions which should be in the base game really, but if they were there would be no reason to buy the dlc
