More cosmetic details to HRE
Brings visual flair to the HRE and surrounding regions. It's mostly cosmetic, but great for fans of added detail.

As other content, it should be on the main expansion.
This Content Pack is a return to notorious EUIV old DLC policy: meat in the main DLC, art assets in a separate content pack. This one military units sprites for about 10 countries and three music tracks. I bought mainly for the music, which I find quite fitting. Buy if you really want to complete your Emperor DLC experience.
