Detective Solitaire died!

I just purchased this game today. Demo worked fine. Interesting game. I would have rated it highter BUT: Downloaded the whole game. I was only into the "Newbie" level for a half-dozen rounds when it died! It will not reopen and I really would like my money back, but I could not find where to enter into negotiations. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!
