Bonfire Stories: Heartless Collector's Edition

Bonfire Stories, Heartless Collector's Edition

I just bought this. I wish I didn't. There's way too much cinema and dialogue. I found the puzzles confusing and annoying. That's just my opinion; others might like it.

Weather Lord: Royal Holidays
 –

Crashes, crashes, crashes

If you like the Weather Lord series, it's a nice addition. I do like the Weather Lord games so I'm a bit sad to give it 1 star because the game crashes every couple of levels and after level 40 and the bonus levels even as much as after every level when clicking on "continue". It becomes unplayable like that and I gave up after a couple of the bonus levels. Won't play that one again, waste of money.
I'm on a 27" Mac, Sierra (10.12.6), 4 GHz Intel Core i7, 32 GB RAM and an AMD Radeon R9 M395X.

Hearts of Iron IV: Death or Dishonor
 –

Great DLC

Adds plenty of new content for Balkan nations, a must have to ensure more play-ability and variance into the game.

Hearts of Iron IV: Waking the Tiger
 –

A playable Asia

This DLC adds a few more focus trees and features in the asian theater including Japan and China. It makes games in asia so many times better then just having Japan win every time and allows you to have a fun playing as other countries such as the warlords and china.

Hearts of Iron IV: Death or Dishonor
 –

Fascist France destroyed Netherlands in 1 day and took all their guns

The mechanics of war are much better. Probably should be in the base game, but it was on sale so I'm happy.

Crusader Kings II: Way of Life
 –

Life saver

What this DLC adds to the game is almost too powerful. It unlocks abilities for your characters, if you follow specific ways of life. Murdering becomes so much easier when you are a professional spy!

Demetrios - The BIG Cynical Adventure
 –

Very much like Leisure suit Larry: I loved it!

What an amazing game! It has everything: put the toilet humour on maximum and the comments are hilarious. Good game play. The typing sound it a nice touch. Well thought out puzzles. It's a shame their hasn't been a sequel, I would buy it instantly. No amazing graphics but something different. No hidden object scenes, which is a relief. Very difficult to find games like this. Well done!

Theatre of the Absurd

Very entertaining : good story & good puzzles

This game is just about right as to the difficulty level: not too hard, but then again not too easy. This makes gameplay nice & long. Just the ending is a bit abrupt, leaving you with an object you picked up "because it could still be useful...". Good hidden object scenes with nice graphics and sometimes very difficult to spot objects but just not difficult enough for you to hit the hint button. Very nice setting in which the game takes place. Easy to get around because of this. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game.

Mystery Case Files: The Black Veil
 –

Good solid game

Good game play. Missed it's chance to be a great game because there's too much running around. Interesting storyline and nice graphics. Long gameplay. It just lacked that little bit of 'waw" to make me itchy to come back to the game each day so I lost track of what I was doing & what the next step was.

Cities: Skylines - Industries
 –

Anybody! This is the single important DLC to add to the game...

The industrial district specializations were a step in the right direction, but industries actually makes resource management , logistics into a real gameplay mechanic beyond just placing roads and zoning. Moreover, the processor buildings, warehouses and unique factories look more better than basic industrial zones and enviroments.

The Secret Of Hildegards
 –

Glitchy

No problems with game play. I actually enjoy having to sometimes figure out the point of the puzzles, with no instructions and few clues.
Problem is, the game won't quit gracefully. It seems to struggle with such a simple command. Sometimes it goes black screen and then logs me out of my computer and when I log back in, the app hasn't quit. Once, It just froze and I had to force reboot. How in hell is this thing logging me out?! Why doesn't it just quit on command?

Crusader Kings II: Imperial Collection
 –

Great price and service

I have always been a fan of CK2 and bided my time to purchase the game. TBH I was a bit nervous to buy a game online (first time to do so) and give out personal details etc. I was also a little concerned about having to wait for the activation code (particularly after seeing some messages online).

Anyway, the price was too good to resist (100USD), and with an additional 5% discount coupon, had practically become a steal (given the total cost of individual components). The purchase transaction proceeded pretty smoothly (particularly as I already had a PayPal account which helped allay concerns about payment). I got the Steam Key pretty quickly (less than 1 hour) and was off gaming before you know it.

All in all a very satisfactory outcome and a very satisfied customer!

realMyst: Masterpiece Edition

Oldie but goldie!

Not really so old if you think about it but it seems to me like an old school game, that's why I say oldie but goldie.
Anyway it's somehow a masterpiece: if you like the genre you got to have this game!

Matchmension: House of Mist
 –

Bit buggy, fun until play stops abruptly at level 250

This game had all the standard match 3 play I expected, and an interesting story element that I hadn't. I was enjoying it until the play button disappeared at level 250, with more stars needed to complete the quest. Before that, I experienced minor bugs where some levels would hang mid-shuffle, with no way to fix except starting the level over again. Overall it was a nice game, but it is frustrating to not be able to complete the story.
