Overcooked! 2
 –

A solid improvement on the first game

A bit easier than Overcooked 1 but with more variety. Overall a lot of fun in local multi - do not recommend playing solo.

Sid Meier’s Civilization® VI: Platinum Edition
 –

The Expansions are worth it

Civ 6 isn't really "better" than Civ 5 as much as it's just different. The expansions really help Civ 6 shine, though - a big improvement over the basegame, and with all DLC I prefer Civ 6 slightly to Civ 5 complete.

Europa Universalis IV: Dharma
 –

Not too necessary

A couple of mechanisms in this DLC don't really impact the game in its entirety

Hussite!

Very interesting update and DLC. The Hussite addition looks like fun.

Europa Universalis IV: Mare Nostrum
 –

Meh

I'm not mad with it, I'm not happy with it. It adds some nice things, some things are buggy, but that'll go away with time.

Europa Universalis IV: Songs of War Music Pack
 –

EU4 is more exciting

I am just impressed how it adds a potent and exciting feeling to the game. The atmosphere is different and the enjoyment increases.

Age of Wonders III Collection
 –

FUN GAME FOR THE RIGHT PRICE

Had heard of this game, but had never played it until now. I lucked out finding it here for such a steal. Right now, I am learning the ropes, but what I have seen I really like. It is going to be a magical ride.

Europa Universalis IV: Guns, Drums and Steel Music Pack
 –

Music to my ears

Music has always been important to me in games, and I have found that this set of songs and its second part do just the trick. I am enjoying the game more and now I want more music to be released.

Europa Universalis IV: Emperor
 –

Back to Europe

EU4s new update is absolutely massive but don't be fooled, a lot of the new features and QoL improvements actually came with the free update. However this DLC adds quite a bit of additional depth to Europe after a long string of DLCs focussing on other regions (excluding the small in scope immersion packs). The new imperial and papal mechanics, the heaps of missions for the entire area are sure to alter any game in Europe. The DLC doesn't have that much content, hardly enough to warant a 20$ price tag (as per usual) and a lot of its content comes in the form of missions. However it does what it promises, it significantly fleshes out Europe.

Vermillion Watch: London Howling Collector's Edition
 –

Silly

There are all sorts of 'new' games and many of them are crap. I bought but didn't finish the game or bonus.

Cities: Skylines - After Dark
 –

Good times day and night

I enjoyed my time with Cities Skylines though I must say that most of my hours playing were with a deactivated day and night cycle to better see what I am doing. The nights are a nice gimmick to watch your cities and your zoning from another perspective. I also feel that it should have been a part of the base game but having a lot of fun with the game, I can come around paying a few extra bucks here and there.

Cities: Skylines - Green Cities
 –

Great new policies and skins

Green Cities offers some great new policies for your cities and, most of all, you gett new skins for your buildings.
You get new tools to deal with pollution and thus more complexity to the gameplay. Even though getting to know all these DLCs seems a bit tedious, I recommend buying all the major ones.

Cities: Skylines - Industries Plus
 –

It's the economy, stupid!

Industries adds a ton of complexity to the game by letting you handle multiple supply chains to not only further your cities happiness but also making a buck or two on the side.

Cities: Skylines - Mass Transit
 –

A traffic jam makes neither for good music nor marmelade

Another comment suggested that transit should differentiate between tourist, leisure or other forms of transit and I think this would be the cherry on top!
I love the new options for transportation with this DLC and it provides the means necessary to get a grip on those nasty traffic jams.

Cities: Skylines - Parklife Plus
 –

Good addition when on sale

I have to admit that I did not care much for the parks & recreation stuff in the game. However, it's a nice addition for the base game when you can get it for the WinGameStore pricing.

Cities: Skylines - Snowfall
 –

Let's plow some snow

A good but not an outstanding addition to the game. Certain maps now offer snow and let you build your personal winter wonderland towns.
While playing in other climates, I believe you won't even notice it's there.

Dead Cells: The Bad Seed
 –

Just awesome, plain and simple!

What's not to love with Dead Cells. The developers are still constantly expanding and tweaking the game to perfection and the Bad Seed DLC is not just a great expansion but also a good way to say thank you for this level of engagement.

I was a little worried at first that the game might be brutally difficult but since release the devs implemented a system that lets you choose your preferred difficulty and then progress nicely through the ranks.

Sid Meier's Civilization® VI: Digital Deluxe Edition
 –

New comic graphics, so what?!

This game is getting a lot of criticism for its portrayal of the faction leaders with comic style graphics. While older Civilization titles used a more "realistic" art style to suggest some sense of political gravitas to your own leadership activities, Civ VI went full on gamey. And I got to say, why not? Firstly this new artstyle does not retract from earlier games. You can still play Civ V and it is awesome. And secondly, it's kind of nice!

The biggest development in Civ VI is imo the tile based city growth. This way Civ VI really feels different from its predecessors and thus like a game in it's own right. I don*t think that it is somehow better or worse than the old city building approach, but it sure is breathing some fresh air into the franchise.

I do recommend, giving it a shot!
