Earth 2140
 –

Good RTS

Earth 2140 is a good RTS game along the lines of Command & Conquer. While it might not break a lot of new ground in the RTS format there are a couple of things that I enjoyed about it enough to buy the game. From the burnt out energy drink factory in the opening credits to the combatants themselves a sly, subversive humor is woven throughout the game. Players choose one of two factions, the fat, lazy, West who use machines and robots to do most of the fighting for them or the Eastern hordes who have given up their humanity to become cyborgs.

The second thing that made this game stand out in my mind was that the forces really are asymetric. Both sides have different styles of fighting and the units are designed to emphasize that. The Eastern forces might excell at sending waves of cheep grunts forward into the breach. Trying the same strategy with the Western forces will probably result in you winding up broke and dead. It is this need to come up with different strategies for the two sides that sets this game apart from the myriad of RTS games out there

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
 –

Multiplayer lacking a good number of servers

Sure, there are servers and players online but it aren't a whole lot. There only seems to be 3 to 4 servers that actually get populated. On some hours of the day it is a near dead space though.

3 stars for that.

Other than the multiplayer aspect I have no complaints.

"You can't open the application World Domino Championship .app because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."

Zuma's Revenge
 –

Wow...

I am new to gaming. Zuma's Revenge is one of the best games I have played. Yes, there are a few glitches but the game itself never gets boring or trite.. I love the action, graphics and the progression from one level to another.

It is more than a frog landing on a deserted isle... It is controlled madness.

I think I like it.

Ancient Spiders Solitaire

Still doesn't work with OSX Lion

I love this game. If you don't have OSX Lion I highly recommend it. I'm still waiting for Mac or Toybox to make this an option for the advanced operating system.

Film Fatale: Lights, Camera, Madness!
 –

Disappointingly short

because I was having fun and wanted more!

It probably will only take you around 3 hours in expert mode. You could ignore the map, which points out where you can accomplish objectives, but it's interactive and very tempting to be transported exactly where you need to be.

From the villain's voice acting, to the eccentric setting, this is just campy fun. Kudos for the story - up to the end, I did not anticipate the villain's final confrontation.

Thematically presented but fairly familiar puzzles, static H0G scenes, some clever tasks - no great level of challenge, but no matter. This is just an entertaining activity that will take about as much time as going to a movie. Just that movies aren't made with M. W. Vernon's approach.

Batman: Arkham Asylum
 –

A crazy game

Graphics are awesome and so is the story, the only complaint I would have about the game is that... 1st you can't customize your controls for the game and 2nd that the camera is too close to batman to see what is around you while walking around but overall... worth its weight in gold!

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Deluxe Edition
 –

A great sequel

Once again don't expect it to perform as well as on a console that is programmed to play games on! The game is action packed with more areas to explore more weapon and armour to collect and more enemies to kill.

Assassin's Creed 2 Deluxe Edition
 –

A great game

The story line is great but don't expect it to perform better or as it would on a console, Gameplay might be choppy at times but over all a game I like to spend some time playing!
