Return to Mysterious Island
 –

Addictive

This is a really good game spoiled by a glitch near the ending.

The game is challanging and irritatingly addictive, you will end up getting stuck on the most basic of puzzles for hours, nice graphics (lags a wee bit in parts using a macbook), ace storyline only real downside is one glitch that kept causing the game to crash, have heard there is a patch to fix this tho

Burger Shop 2
 –

Even better than the first

If you have played the first burger shop game then you will already know what to expect, but there is a lot more content to this sequal and worth purchasing.

If you are looking for a quick, easy to learn, mindless game this is the one for you!

G.H.O.S.T. Chronicles
 –

I liked it BUT...

....waaaaay too short. That's the only thing bad about it. The premise was right up my alley as I love renaissance festivals. Overall, it wasn't a very challenging game - but I can be a real idiot sometimes, so I don't care for difficult games.

G.H.O.S.T. Chronicles
 –

Not bad but short

Good basic idea, the environment is interesting, the hidden objects medium challenging and traveling to put items together is not difficult. I could do without the woman dancing during the credits, though.

Avernum 5
 –

Another winner from Spiderweb

I have been a fan of Spiderweb software for years - This is the best so far of the Avernum series - good story, easy to use and engrossing. Try it out!

Blitzkrieg
 –

So SO

I would not recommend this game.

The game speed is way to fast for how quickly your units die. Squads of infantry do not die in 5 seconds in real combat EVERY time. Also you cant see where your being attacked from. I am fine with fog of war,but u can barely see on the mini map,and by the time u realize, your units are gone. Units die to easily.

The good
nice graphics and good detailed armor, though i question if these values really work as i have had tanks get blows away by little anti tank guns that then wipe out my infantry, they either do one or the other, not both.

Boring and too easy

There are much better hidden object games out there - don't waste your money

Plants vs. Zombies Game Of The Year Edition
 –

Definitely a Winner

This is by far the best game I have played for ages. Totally addictive, total fun - not too hard, but is still quite challenging. This game is definitely worth the money.

4 Elements
 –

Great - and yet not recommendable!

A very nice and different match 3 game. You love it - until you reach the last but one level!! The time until you're stock in a dead end street is so short, that you have mere no chance to solve it. Have tried so many times without succes. This is not my way of relaxing! So after all: waste of money! Come up with an update of the game that is a little more realistic!

Westward II: Heroes of the Frontier
 –

westward II

The game is fun, but the 'load' feature crashes the game 4 out of 5 times.

There is also a 'continue' feature that works better, but it takes you back to the last side quest accomplished...

Great graphics, challenging object-find puzzles, fun creating aquariums - a GREAT GAME! I'm looking forward to more in the Fishdom series.

Snowy: The Bear's Adventures
 –

Terrible!

Why would they use the control button for throwing the snowballs?!? With the feature of spaces on Mac, my screen kept changing during the game whenever I would press control + the right arrow button. Other than that I guess it's a fun game for kids.

Rooms: The Main Building
 –

Try the demo first before buying.

I found this one to be rather unusual and quite different than most puzzle games.

Overall, it's primarily a sliding puzzle, moving from one room to another to get to the door. The teleport is eeriely similar to the Matrix concept.

However, it became boring fairly quickly and I went through it at a fast pace.

The graphics and animation were stunning and the music was an excellent fit. It was very well produced but unfortunately, didn't hold my attention for very long.

Definitely try it before purchasing as it may not suitable for everyone.

Pure Hidden
 –

Don't be fooled by the name!

It took me a while to try this game, simpley because of the word HIIDDEN in the title. They are usually the same ol! Not so with this one! The game is equal 3rd's h/o, puzzle games and activities. You must reach the end of a level completing all before being rewarded with an item used to open the next level. All levels are unique and can be far trickier than they appear! If you are looking for a well done and unique H/O, definitely give this a shot! I was pleasantly surprised.

Youda Legend: The Curse of the Amsterdam Diamond
 –

Lack of Help

I love the concept of the game and the graphics are great. My problem is lack of directions and help or hints. I'm stuck in one puzzle (the rings) and the help provided is worthless. Also the game doesn't save when I exit so when I return, I have to start all over again!
