Edge-of-your seat thriller

If you like your games scary, this first-person adventure series is right for you. The visuals are compelling. And the storyline will always keep you guessing. Buckle your seat belts!

Atlantis Evolution
 –

Fun and challenging

This offbeat game allows the player to explore a mythical world. The visuals are very good — although you do run into a few dead ends. Overall, it's well worth the money.

An enjoyable field trip

This story takes you on an interesting trip into nature. The game makers created lots of strange animals — and that keeps the game interesting. It's a good way to pass the time.

Fields of War
 –

It's Okay.

3 out of 5.
Pros:
Nicely rendered
Large scale battles (100 vs 100)
Emphasis on team play

Cons:
Sloppy interface (navigating between some screens is tricky)
Slow game play (a lot of time spent just walking to your next objective)
Weapon damage is on the weak side (you'll find yourself firing over and over to get a frag)
Server empty most of the times (AI Bots sub in as replacements)
Frustrating key command changing (still haven't figured this out)
No upgrades for your mech (aside from camo which does nothing really)

All in all, fun game that gets a little repetitive after a while. Would be a lot more enjoyable with other online players but there just doesn't seem to be that many out there (for now).

Nanosaur 2: Hatchling
 –

Great Retro MAC Game

If you like retro games then look no further than the Pangea software titles. Nanosour 2 in particular is just loads of fun and you wont find another game where you get to fly around as a pterodactyl with a jetpack. Seriously go ahead and look I'll wait.... Did you find one? I thought not. HAHA no but seriously check this game out. Fun gameplay. Old school design and really fun premise.

You wont be sorry!

Duke Nukem Forever
 –

Woulda Been, Shoulda Been...

Could have been a great game...if it had been released about 10 years earlier than it was and as it would have been if it hadn't suffered continuous setbacks during production. There are also some annoying gameplay issues that weren't ironed out prior to release, and very little in the way of new or interesting features that hadn't already been pioneered by other games first. Nice to see the Duke again and all, but could have been much, much more. ;p

BioShock Infinite

Great for Xbox

The game play is great. I never had any problems running on my MBP 13" 2.5 10.9 and my wired xbox controled worked as soon as the game booted up.

The Walking Dead
 –

You've never played anything like it.

I have just finished episode 3 and It is the hardest thing to stop myself from moving on in the story. The game runs flawlessly and is one of the most addicting games i've played, I already have preordered the next season.

Chimeras: Tune of Revenge Collector's Edition
 –

Good one!

I like this game. It merits more than one play to get every bit out of it.One nice thing is that the ending is tidy and doesn't NEED the bonus game to finish it so those who buy the standard version won't be left hanging like some endings to other games leave you. Try this game.

Only critisism: the 'Dick Van Dyke' accent of the main character grates so play without voices if necessary!

Don't Starve
 –

Impressive but dull

It really is a very impressive game with a huge and growing world and lots of gadgets and things to collect. However, the game for me has been this: forage during the day and keep the fire going at night, or else you die.

That's pretty much it.

I don't enjoy it and especially don't enjoy dying frequently.

Spec Ops: The Line
 –

ALMOST A 5, 4.5

Music, 9/10. Honestly, loved the sound track, old up beat music as your running and gunning, super fun

graphics 8/10. could have been cleaned up a little

guns, 8/10, mostly realistic but not enough recoil also you shouldnt be able to run full speed with a SAW as you do with a pistol

story 9/10, original and engaging, want to know what happens next

voice acting 9/10, realistic for the most part, intense, natural, not childish or cliche, done very well.

game realism, 5/10. come on, why would guys charge a machine gun turret, this isnt ww2 bonzia tactics. Or why when you open up on a roof top with a copter gun do the guys stand up and shoot, or why when you put a burts into a COBRA copter at 20 yards does it not go down, they are not heavily armored and small arms fire woudl bring it down so a door gun should turn it to swiss cheese. Or why does the squad not move in staggared formation, they just walk in a bunch, even basic grunts wouldnt do that.

Could have been a 5.0 game easily, if they had made it a bit more realistic. I would say all in all this is a 20-25 dollar game, i enjoyed it and i havent tried the multiplayer yet. a few hangs, and glitches, but nothing to major, i cnat wait till the next one.

Just tried the multiplayer and co-op, huge fail. 4 attempts over 2 days and noone is on for either. SUCH A HUGE LET DOWN, it looks really fun and the co-op missions seem cool, but nobody plays it apparently, super LAME. NOT A 4.5, multiplayer is a 0/5

BioShock Infinite
 –

Great graphics, short story

I love the games graphics over the previous versions and it's run smoothly with higher settings on my 1st generation MacBook Pro Retina, however the game story is short and not includes hard to fight characters like previous versions.

Farm Mania: Hot Vacation
 –

Farm Mania Rocks. Unfortunately, when I downloaded the demo....

Farm Mania rocks, and I love the origial game so much. Unfortunately when I downloaded this demo and tried to play it, it didn't work. I kept getting a notice that my computer wasn't compatible with the game. According to my upates, it is compatible, and when I went to this game's "details" section, all compatible elements for my computer are checked off, and have been ok'd. I'm not sure what's going on, but I hope it gets solved.

Great atmosphere, ok game.

Everything besides the gameplay is top notch, the game itself could be a bit more responsive.

BioShock Infinite
 –

Brilliant game!

3 hours into this game and I already prefer Infinite over Bioshock 1 and 2. For me, the variety in inside and outside locations makes this game so much more fun.
