Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Cool game

I do not usually play these shooter games but I really enjoyed COD. Especially the sniper mission, that was awesome! The only reason I gave I 4/5 is because I would have liked to see some more missions. Finished it in 4 days.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
 –

Always good fun.

Love this game. Great value. Still have not finished it. All GTA games are really fun. The one thing I really found hard was the missions with zero. Those planes are so hard to control!

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum

Love this game.

Really like games like this. The missions are a little too easy though but I love the animal inclusions and the water slides. Careful though, only play when you have no other commitments because hours will go by in the blink of an eye. There is always one more thing to do in the game.

Best we can get

This is by far the best call of duty made for the mac. Good graphics, love the multi player if there werent so many fanatics that play 24/7 it would be better. But all in all a great game to shoot people up in

Really fun game to play

I really liked the campaign. i love these types of games and is in my top 5. i recommand getting this game for the campaign and the custom battles you can create and the multuplayer. i give it 4 stars because sometimes it glitches and doesnt save or something gets messed up and thats the only down side. great game

Atlantis Quest

Disappointed

The PC version of this game is very good. This version could do without the bouncing game pieces. It adds nothing to the game. In fact, it spoils it.

Gone Home
 –

Addictive

I was sceptical buying this game, as it doesn't fit my usual genre of games I like. However, after reading the reviews I tried it out. Like the other reviews, I honestly could not stop playing it. Very enticing, and very addictive.

The only drawback to this game is that it is a short game. It took me about 2-3 hours to finish it. Also, without giving away the ending, the final scene of the game will be relatively unexpected, and a little anticlimactic. But upon reflection, it seemed like an unusual, and somewhat bittersweet ending. Buy it!

Gods Vs Humans
 –

Funny destruction!

Cute, clever and fun game where you basically have to destroy the tower humans are building to reach you (the god), without upsetting them too much so they don't worship you anymore (which is what gives you the power to destroy them)! The levels get increasingly tougher, without being too tough to win, but it can become a little repetitive, even though each god has its own powers.

Some Thought required

Not a game I would normaly buy but it was free with another purchase for November sales. Not a bad game, a little bit of thought required which is good

Batman: Arkham Asylum

Solid 3rd person action fun

I'm a bit of completionist, so this game had great depth for me. The story playthrough was excellent, but what kept me coming back for more was the challenge fights. Getting a perfect round while taking out dozens of guys with a wide array of environmental hazzards and some boss monsters thrown in for good measure is enourmously satisfying!

Company of Heroes Complete: Campaign Edition

Ok

5 stars with skirmish mode... anyways, good game. For the price, (10$) its very much worth it, plenty of hours of really good gameplay, but online and skirmish mode are really necessary

The Curse of the Werewolves Collector's Edition
 –

Interesting - but beware the bonus issue

Not a bad game but you go straight from the game into the bonus chapter without a break and there is a problem with one of the games in it. You have to play "tetris" on an arcade game but if it drives you nuts and you skip it - the game cannot continue as you don't get the coin you need.. Beware!

Guerrilla Bob

Very frustrating...

This little game has some very nice graphics, funny story and characters, but the controls, which you cannot change, are super confusing and frustrating! They don't even correspond to what is indicated in the game and make it almost impossible to control your character. If this game was a little more playable, it would deserve more stars but, as it is, it's almost impossible to tolerate it for more than two minutes without becoming too frustrating to play.

SQUIDS
 –

A little bit like a game of mini-golf...

ADORABLE little game with sweet characters, cute accessories you can add to them to make them more powerful and overall nice story and graphics! For kids and the young at hearts, its mechanics resemble a lot those of a game of mini-golf with a twist!

Hamlet
 –

All around very nice game

Couldn't stop playing that game until I finished it! The puzzles are sometimes hard and very diversified, the graphics are nice and the story, mixing Shakespeare characters with traveller from the future, is very cute. The only thing is it was quite short and, once you've played it once, you can't play it again as you already know all the answers to the puzzles...

Great Monster Trouble
 –

Nice for the price

I got this game on sale so it was worth it... The graphics are quite nice, the maps are diverse and the monsters are very tough ot beat. The only problem is that you don't get money and/or upgrades fast enough to be able to really strategize... you basically just try to barely survive the levels and go on like this, which takes away a little bit of the "tower defense" fun of this game.

Journey of a Roach
 –

Just too cute!

The characters are almost too cute to bare, the music is funny too and the story is just enchanting! The only thing a little frustrating about this game is that it is created to be done in a very particular order, which makes some objects appear where they weren't before once you've completed some tasks... Otherwise, it is probably mostly for kids, but not easy enough that an adult wouldn't have fun playing it.

Knock-Knock
 –

Creepy, weird and confusing

Awesome horror game with tons of weird things and sounds happening... It kept me on the edge of my seat and I wouldn't play it at night. The character, with his crazy eyes and mumbling is almost as creepy as the creatures lurking in his house. Although the atmosphere of the game is very dark and scary (and I found that satisfying enough to have purchased the game), I absolutely couldn't figure out the whole purpose of the game itself... You basically go from one room to the other, praying for time to go by and for the room not to be hosting any kind of horrific creature, sometimes it's only a dream, sometimes it's not, cracking and screaming... but it's pretty much as confusing as everyone says it is. It didn't bother me at all as "living the experience" of the game is fun in itself, but I see how it could get easily frustrating for someone trying to understand exactly WHAT you have to do.
