SCRABBLE game is ridiculous

I have been playing Scrabble for over 40 years now and often played in tournaments. Not quite an expert in my opinion but well versed in the game. This is a pitiful excuse for a Scrabble game. The layout and graphics are just wonderful and the formats for 'computer play' and one/two player are fine. But the fact that you can't challenge the computer, the fact that the upper levels are totally ridiculous and unfair make this a farce. I have seen words that are acceptable for the Master, Expert, Veteran levels that aren't words in ANY language. I've checked them out. When the Masters and above levels are constantly given 'Q's' with 'U's', always given balanced consonants and vowels while the player gets 'I I I I O O A', obviously something is wrong here. Not worth having even as freeware. These positive reviews are either from someone who hasn't played much scrabble or doesn't mind the opponent just making up words.

Murder, She Wrote
 –

Yawn....

....boring. Some hidden object games are getting creative with their mini games and puzzles. This isn't one of them. Good artwork and no problems running the game. It's just kinda blah....

SLOW

I like the graphic, but it isn't challenging and the load time takes longer than the game play!

Different Card Options Does Not Work

Like the game but becomes very boring after a while. Need to have levels etc... to make this more exciting. Would not recommend.

Dale Hardshovel and the Bloomstone Mystery

interesting aussie puzzle game just right

I liked the game. It is just right in difficulty. Interesting comics. One puzzle was difficult to solve though. A bargain for 9.90. Interesting aussie slang, I though the game was US based at first.

Machinarium
 –

Not just for kids

Just challenging enough to keep amused for several sessions. A+ on the artistry. Machinarium has its own vibe and a unique look. Here's probably the most impressive part: kids will love this game - but it's not too juvenile for adults.

Hidden Expedition: Devil's Triangle
 –

A shock ending -

It is a step beyond most simpler Hidden Expedition games - with a slightly more challenging adventure format.

If you are a seasoned game player - you'll zip through this one fairly quickly.

It's graphics/characters and dialogue are all pleasant and wuite humorous in parts.

I really enjoyed my game play.

It went beyond simple find the object - yet wasn't demanding and immersive.

You could easily leave this one and come back to it later.
I have a fault in getting so immersed I play all night with some games.

Even very simple ones like Jewel Quest.

The end was shocking - and unexpected. REALLY unexpected -
It happened so quickly.

I thought I was only about half way throught he game!

The game comes to an abrupt end just as you feel you are getting into it - with that line hated by all gamers everywhere - 'to be continued'...

I can only hope it continues soon - I wan to play the whole game.

It's very unsatisfying to be unable to play to a natural conclusion.
Having said this - I will be buying the next installment when it appears.

Lots of fun.

Hidden Expedition: Devil's Triangle

Devil' Triangle is great

Not like most seek and find games. Puzzles are intreging and challenging, but not impossible to figure out. Very enjoyable. Would like to see more like this.

Drawn: The Painted Tower
 –

Beautiful

Big Fish Games has proven themselves yet again. Everything about this game worked. The puzzles ranged in difficulty but never seemed impossible or illogical. The artwork was superb and the soundtrack was hauntingly beautiful. In fact, I normally turn the music down in games... In Drawn I actually found myself turning it up.

Not an overly long game but for $9.95 I did not feel ripped off.

An overall relaxing and fun ride.

I'm looking forward to a sequel.

4.5/5 stars.

ANKH 3: Battle of the Gods

VERY slow

It takes forever to load the game up when you play it. Graphics are good but, the game play is so very, very slow it just isn't fun to play. Don't waste your money on this, there are tons of games that are better then this.

BORING

I tried the demo. All the objects are either to hard to find or too easy. The mini games are really long. I wasnt too excited to purchase it.

The Three Musketeers

Outdated Game

The game is extremely slow and boring. Graphics and game play are outdated. There are way-way better games available. I bought this game because it had a 5 star review. How anyone can give it a 5 star review is beyond me.

DeepTrouble 2

One of the best games!

Love this game. I bought it years ago when it was first released. I actually got a new Mac to be able to play it, I loved it that much. I have only excellent things to say about prodyct support. Anytime I have had an issye the developer has gotten right back. I would encourge the first reviewer to try again. His first concern may not have reached the support people. It is worth pursuing!

Its amazing, the imagination.

Sometimes, out of the blue a game comes along and it is simply fun, and awesome. This game has to go in with a small list of keepers for me.

The graphics are extremely well done, if you have the hardware to click on maximum (or even second best is still incredible). The fluidity of movement, the artistic sketch like drawings which are rendered, and even the little things like ambiance make the graphics a treat to see. The use of physics, with hand drawings, and action, was surprising actually. Good one, as your drawings have weight, and can be pushed around!

Audio is ok, has a silly pop n rock musical score in most places, much as you would think for a child's mind drawing silly things. Other sound effects are clear, clean, well done for the situations and moments. Certainly not thrown-together.

In fact, nothing about this game seems like it is thrown together. A lot of thought and planning went into making very unique.

I wont ramble on about everything, just wanted to make a mention that this game is pretty darn cute and certainly enjoyable!
