Fell in love instantly! The graphics isn't cutting edge but the gameplay is perfect, the maps are huge and the options are almost limitless. For $10 it's a steal. Anyone who loves RTS - GET IT NOW!

Still Strong

A nice action exploration game that ages quite well. Looks good and there's a lot to explore. There are only a few fights, it's mostly about navigating the world.

Didn't like the quick-time stuff in combats, but the combo chains are quite fun to perform. As you don't fight much, it might take a while to get the hang of it. But as you cannot be defeated, you can practice quite a bit in a single fight.

Story is related quite well via banter between the two characters, though it's very predictable.

Smart and Beautiful

It starts like a simple painterly platformer. Then you get a time-rewind ability, handy when you die. Then said ability becomes the point of play. Time starts flowing in strange ways, and thus becomes your playground.

It might be frustrating to initially get into, because you were expecting something else. But when you get it, it becomes a joy to play. I played through the entire game without any help, though some parts surely took a while to figure out. The only exception is collecting the puzzle pieces. I got some, but didn't care to go after the hard-to-reach ones. Best played when you're relaxed and in no need to finish quickly.

There's a little story in there which has nothing to do with what you're seeing, so you might not notice the history it refers to. But you don't need a story to enjoy this game.

Well Done

Not my type of game, but done so well that I find myself enjoying it anyway. Nicely polished and with reasonable variety.

Wish it had an online-coop...

The game is challenging, if you are fan of old school platformers, then this game is for you.

What I hate in this game, though, is that you have to find tons of collectibles in every stage to unlock things (Other worlds, bonus stages, etc), which is dull and boring.

Jewel Quest Mysteries 2: Trail of the Midnight Heart

Can't even play the demo

I downloaded the demo and it immediately says I have 0 minutes when I know I have never seen these screens before. I suspect that when I previously downloaded the demo and it froze, it continued counting down the 60 minutes. Not worth the risk.

Diner Mania
 –

Simple concept and repetitive

The game has four diners of various themes that you manage. The pace is fairly slow. The patrons are a mixture of regular and hoodlums. You are to mix hot peppers in the hoodlums food so they leave. The chasing off of the hoodlums is the most unique feature of this game. If you buy it onsale then its worth it otherwise dont bother

Not happy

I bought this game excited like most players but I ended up being disappointed. The game would glitch and the entire screen would turn black but the audio can still be heard at random points of the game. It was frustrating and restarting did not help. It would happen at certain missions and I can't continue because I can't see anything. I like the game play but not when it's completely blacked out.

Jewel Quest: The Sleepless Star
 –

Painfully slow response

I have bought other Jewel Quest games and have to give this one a pass. The jewel matching is so slow that you wait and wait between activity. It is especially annoying when the clock is ticking down and you can't finish a board because you have been sitting clicking on the last match while the game laboriously drops jewels from the top. I want to play a game for fun, not watch in bored frustration.
