Might & Magic X

A very buggy game. Slow paced and awkward. Avoid it

Risk

It is the simple things

The classic game of Risk on my MacBook? Yes please! Everything awesome about the game of Risk without the risk of losing the pieces and using Monopoly pieces as replacements. Less than $10, why not?

Sid Meier's Civilization V: The Complete Edition
 –

Civ 5 Review

I had not played Civilization since Civ 2 so I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this. In the first week that I owned it, I put in 16 hours...and that was just in one standard campaign.

I overwhelmingly recommend this game. The only con I would list is that it does begin to get less interesting near the end.

BioShock

Great game

Dark environment that I can still see enough contrast to get around, but also feel spooked.

Mahjongg – Ancient Mayas

Caution

I got this because it was advertised as a system that would work on a MAC. It does not.
something about where the game was manufactured.

Tomb Raider

A legacy

The game play is fantastic. The graphics run very smooth. It even supports PS3 controller. It follows a very hardcore storyline. No issuse with the game. U can spend hours playin it.
If you are a fan of Hitman, this is a definite game to buy.

Blades of Time

A Devil May CRY type

The game play is good. IT doesnt have a very intense storyline. The drawback is that no controller support. The game runs smooth. no issues. the gameplay is similiar to DEVIL MAY CRY and GOD of War. it is a definitely worh the money.

This is the old classic, in new clothes, so to speak.

Sid Meier's Covert Action
 –

A trip down memory lane...

... is what you're getting, with this game.

It was good back in the day, and it's still a good game, although the gfx are outdated.

A must-have for your classic collection !

SimCity

Disappointing

I had high hopes for this game, but I must say, that it's rather disappointing.

The problem is with the immersion. Don't get me wrong, it's a good game, it's just... not true to the original games, and I find that.. disappointing.

Total War™: ROME II: Emperor Edition
 –

You NEED The Right Hardware For It.

I love Total War games ive played Rome Total War, Empire, and now this Rome II. The game seems like it could be absolutly great, but the problem is my Macs not up to the standard this game needs. My Mac does pass the minimum requirements for the game as stated by MacGameStore, but that doesnt mean anything. The game freezes, the graphics automatically downgrade to the lowest level, and WORST OF ALL when the games on for more than around 20 minutes birds, clouds, or flags etc. mac gray marks on the screen that continue to stay on the game screen throughout your time playing it. As i said this game LOOKS like a great addition to the franchise, only if you have a good computer though.

Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition
 –

Play with the force... a lot

The fighting and game play are okay. I often find the controls tricky, but the enemies are slow enough that I only die from walking off a cliff. The current level (fighting metal trash monster), I can't seem to save and can't figure out how to continue. I am sure there is a guide that will help me through it. Hopefully I can save at some point. For a star wars game it seems good.

Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
 –

Decent Star Wars Game

The game play was fun and intuitive. I enjoyed the missions and going to different worlds. Story was decent especially for a star wars game. No issues I can remember.

Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
 –

Difficult puzzles without sufficient hints

I keep wandering the worlds wondering where I am supposed to go, lose interest, and then try playing the game again a couple weeks later. Eventually find the stupid unintuitive puzzle (how was I supposed to know to shoot the power supplies under the incinerator, etc.) I am probably just bad at these games. Other than that it is good.
