Surviving Mars: First Colony Edition
 –

It's okay

Not a bad game, but I expected kinda more. Also, typical Paradox DLCs marketing strategy.

Stellaris: Federations
 –

Nice potraits

I do recommend this DLC because of the original race, which has a variety of mechanics, and two new interesting starting origins "Here be Dragons! and Ocean Paradise", and impact heavily on our system, or our planet. Now the new species update makes it even better.

Stellaris: Necroids Species Pack
 –

Fun spieces pack

It offers a unique Necophage, which takes the corpses of othe spieces into your own spieces, new civics, which allow you to reanimate armies, undead Leviathans.

Stellaris: Federations
 –

A must have for diplomacy oriented playthroughs

All in all a good DLC for Stellaris. Customisation options for federations were few at launch but later improved. Same goes for Galactic Community options. Buy if you like the diplo part of the game and want to improve it.

Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition
 –

One of the best PDS games launch

CK III marks a new phase of Paradox games: better dlc policy, better communication with players, better patch cycles. This sequel to CK II improves on its main aspects, focusing on providing a better and more immersive base game, coupled with larger expansions and regional content packs. So far it has focused more on the RP aspect of the game at the expense of it's military/economic/diplomatic mechanics but its future looks very promising.

Europa Universalis IV: Origins Immersion Pack
 –

Good Immersion Pack

Origins adds content for a lot of African countries in the form of missions, units skins, music and a rework of Jewish religion. All in all a good DLC.

Europa Universalis IV: Third Rome
 –

Good Regional Content Pack

All in all a good content pack, on par with Rule Britannia. Buy if you like Russian region and want more content for it.

Europa Universalis IV: Emperor
 –

A good DLC if you like to play in Europe

A good dlc. It adds content (mainly mission trees) to many european countries, reworked HRE, Revolution and Council of Trent mechanics. Buy it if you like to play in HRE and Western Europe.

Stellaris: Necroids Species Pack
 –

OK DLC but a bit overpriced

This Species Pack originally came out without enough content to justify it's price (4 civics, one species and one ship theme), but it was vastly improved with subsequent patch cycles. Buy it if you like the necromancer aliens theme.

Europa Universalis IV: Mare Nostrum Content Pack
 –

Fine unit sprites pack

This Content Pack includes infantry units sprites for Italian, East and North African countries. Buy if you like military units sprites and want to complete your Mare Nostrum experience.

Cities: Skylines - Green Cities
 –

Good DLC

Green Cities adds a lot of assets to base game, mainly based on the eco friendly theme. A good price/content ratio for this one.

Hearts of Iron IV: No Step Back
 –

Fine DLC, essential with a few flaws

Rework of Soviet Union and Supply mechanichs are a bit messy and counterintuitive, and the lack of a Finland rework was a bit controversial, but all in all a good DLC.

Hearts of Iron IV: By Blood Alone
 –

Not the best HOIIV DLC but has interesting content

Long due rework of Italy's Focus Tree. It adds questionable and unbalanced content for Swiss and Ethiopia but the main issues have been patched and fixed post launch. Given that it reworks one of the main countries of the game I consider it essential, even if it's far from perfect.

Europa Universalis IV: Lions of the North
 –

One of EUIV best content packs

Good DLC, adds much content and flair to the northern and scandinavian regions. Purchase and delivery went quick and smooth.

by Marco V.7, Italy - Aug 26th 2023

Europa Universalis IV: Emperor Content Pack
 –

Not essential bit overpriced DLC

This Content Pack is a return to notorious EUIV old DLC policy: meat in the main DLC, art assets in a separate content pack. This one military units sprites for about 10 countries and three music tracks. I bought mainly for the music, which I find quite fitting. Buy if you really want to complete your Emperor DLC experience.

by Marco V.7, Italy - Aug 26th 2023

Europa Universalis IV: The Cossacks
 –

Overpriced expansion but essential for at least a few of its new mechanics

Cossacks content consists of small new features all over the place, a trait distinctive of old PDS DLC policy. At full price it's a bit overpriced. Buy when at sale, as with most EUIV DLCs.
