Roads of Rome
 –

As a time management game should be !

Very enjoyable & addictive game. The only downpoint (a small one) is that you cannot see in advance (before you actually start a level) where everything is & how much it costs to build something. On the more difficult levels this sometimes requires playing the level several times. For the rest : very good overview of stock of goods and what is possible to build (turns blue) Also good indication of how much goods you are short to accomplish a task.

Roads of Rome 2

Why change a winning format ?

Very nice sequel to a very good game. Graphics stay the same (then again why change them if they were OK the first time). Some extra features as swamps & fires. You want to be an "expert" at every level so you get the bonus levels. I spent many an hour playing this game & beware of stiff shoulder muscles (clicking your mouse & sitting tensely will do that to you) Just as good as the original game. For those who couldn't get enough of it.

Roads of Rome 3
 –

Highest level too difficult - otherwise perfect time management game

As Roads of Rome & Roads of Rome 2, this 3rd game is every bit as good. They added extra difficult challenges as monks you have to pay an "enormous" amount of ham or gold and cristals or tokens you have to hammer down costing a lot of your supplies. Maybe the most difficult level is attainable (at "expert" results), but I didn't manage. So I chose the next level down & sweated on the higher numbered games but was ever so pleased when I unlocked the bonus levels. It's a mindnumbing game but you have to use your wits in deciding in what order to do things very meticulously or you won't get there.
Same graphics as in the original & sequel, but they are pleasing & still good overview of stock & goals.

Gone Home
 –

Good narrative, but not much gaming

This "game" tells an interesting story, and its world is created to accompany this. Sadly, this makes it less of a game and more of an interactive movie. A mediocre one at that. Don't expect ANY puzzling.

Azada: Elementa
 –

Very entertaining game, crashes a few times though...

Good game play, nice overview of tasks still to complete + map of where tasks are located. Nice graphics. Game crashes a few times at certain puzzles though (Eye puzzle, shell puzzle & octopus jigsaw) Only solution is to skip the puzzles, then game continues without problem.
Good long play value.

Zombie Solitaire
 –

Bit more puzzles and this would be a very good game !

This card game offers a mix of solitaire (which is nicely balanced luck/skill-wise) and puzzles (search & find + others). The search & find puzzles are sometimes challenging (especially the association ones) but the others are very easy. There are not enough puzzles to make this a good game. The solitaire part is not purely luck based which is nice.

Solitaire Mystery: Four Seasons
 –

Purely luck based !

Game is a bit boring as the solitaire is purely luck based and therefor not challenging at all. The only reason you keep playing is because you want to finish the game...

Secrets of the Dark: Mystery of the Ancestral Estate
 –

Too much running around !

This could have been a great long game but there is too much running around. You really have to keep a list of where you need certain things & this gets to be bothersome as the game progresses... Otherwise good combination of search & find + puzzles.

When In Rome
 –

Great time management game

This is a good time management game. Shame you can't queue your tasks. Every level new things are added which is very nice. You really have to figure out how to arrange your tasks.

Nightmare Realm: In the End Collector's Edition
 –

Very good entertaining game, but too short for price !

Very entertaining game, would give it 4 stars if it lasted a bit longer. Never boring, good flow but was surprised when it was already finished. Expected a bit more gameplay for the price.

Left in the Dark: No One on Board
 –

Very entertaining

This is a search & find game with puzzles ! Gameplay is nice & long & you can work several fronts at once.
Very good storyline & more entertaining than regular search & find games.
Graphics are good too.

Syberia
 –

Syberia is OK, but a bit too linear

Played Syberia and thought it was OK : Storyline is very well thought out, nice graphics but the gameplay was a bit too linear for me. Sometimes you are stuck & there is only the 1 option/action to play on. I prefer games with multiple possible actions and several threads at once (but this is a personal preference)

Inbetween Land
 –

Nice gameplay, bit too short & straightforward

Inbetween land is a good game which offers both search & find (hidden object) puzzles as well as regular puzzles.

Nice storyline but gameplay is a bit too short. It could have had more sideline ministories were additional puzzles were possible.
Rather straightforward.

Northern Tale
 –

Very addictive game

Northern Tale is a typical game were you need to find the perfect balance between time management & building resources.
Your aim is to get 3 stars for every level so you can unlock the bonus level. Some levels are more difficult than others & you need to replay some levels a lot to reach the 3-star goal. I didn't find this to be boring at all, on the contrary, it gets to be very addictive. If you are/get frustrated quickly, this is NOT the game for you.

Every level has more or more difficult tasks you need to complete to achieve stars and especially when not playing the multitask option of the game, you need to have eyes everywhere...

Stray Souls: Dollhouse Story
 –

Hidden Object with a bit more !

Great hidden object game that has the puzzle element added. Shame I finished it so quickly... I played the demo & it got me hooked enough to buy the game though. Most hidden object games don't get me that far. It has a good story line & decent puzzles.
Worth my money spent !
